Industrial hub of DR.
Industrial hub of DR. Centre of cigar making and automotive sales. Interesting history with a different vibe to Santa Domingo. Leon art museum worth a visit as is the surrounding countryside beautiful views from hilltops. But like the rest of DR they need to have an efficient garbage collection infrastructure. Sad to see countryside and beaches littered with garbage and plastic bags and bottles.

The taxi service was very good.
The taxi service was very good. All the taxi has air condition. You may have to ask some driver to turn the air condition a little higher. Lots of traffic crazy drivers but they know what they are doing. And they know their way around town.

The hotel is of moderate pricing.
The hotel is of moderate pricing. It serves a very good breakfast, which includes Dominican mangu as well as fruits and juices. There was milk for cereal. I suppose, though, that if a person is lactose-intolerant they might give you an alternative. If you want to venture a bit farther and are into meat, visit Asadero Dona Pula, with good prices and the food is great!

Room was spacious and clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. They have their own trusted taxi, to pick up from airport and drop off eventhough is cash payment only, but the driver, the car and ride was pleasant, clean and helpful. They have 2 connected Nail spa, they are very professional clean and do a great job. The only problem is the crossing of the streets, the cars are always speeding and would run you over, so be careful. Be fast and cautious when going across.
I am a retired hotelier, and know the challenges of keeping a property and staff at peak performance. The management deserves an A plus rating.
I actually needed to be closer to El Monumento and its medical community. My family noted there was no pool
at Hodelpa in that area so we switched to the near airport location. We came to know the dining room staff over a period of 10 days and felt much at home while there as a result. We shall be back.
It was in a secluded area. I felt safe. There is a market close by that has many things you can buy. The apartment is very modern. The light fixtures around the house were my favorite parts. The apartment was cool and fresh, and although we only had one AC running (the house has 3), it was enough to keep us comfortable and fresh. Definitely will be staying there again when I visit the Dominican Republic.
The hotel is centrally located and has good views from the rooms and restaurant. Large and secure parking space. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good. The staff went above and beyond to help me when another car scratched my car in the parking lot and drove away. They even polished my car for free. Many thanks!
Breakfast was good. I don't like Dominican vegetables but they make custom, 3 egg omelets, with anything you like! The room, facing the front of the hotel was a satisfactory size and quieter than rooms facing the rear of the hotel where the nightclub is. Staff, including cleaning staff, were very helpful and responsive.
A delightful host that handled every request I had. They helped get me a reasonable fare to the airport and let me use their personal computer to print my plane ticket. Overall, they were kind, generous, and very easygoing. Nothing but positive vibes across the board. And the view is gorgeous.
How clean, the free breakfast was really good with natural juice. The person that help us with our luggage Gustavo Pascual was so helpful and explained everything about the hotel. He is a five start worker.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
We were told the breakfast was free with hotel stay. After we ate they charged us and said not verything is free and anything extra was not free that was not told to us during checking nor listed on the menu.
This hotel is in the center of Santiago with an amazing view of the Monumento. You also have a nice view at the restaurant and the food is good and the breakfast is included in the reservation.
There’s no space, the place is not Rbnb not hotel. They need to rethink it. I only had 1 little room, with no kitchen, no living room. And there was non breakfast at all.
Casa troppical The best place to vacation with family the room view are so beautiful the food is delicious and the room are clean the hotel staff helpful in any way
The hotel is very convenient. It is small but has everything you need. Located in Los Jardines, very close to everything and a lot of nice restaurants and cafes.
Highly recommend this hotel. Large and clean room. Very comfortable mattress on the bed! Have everything you need in a quiet room. There is parking nearby.
Very nice small hotel. Rooms are very clean with high quality features - lighting, air conditioner, etc. Room may be small for some but I found it very cozy.
The location of this hotel is in a walkable community with plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very good.
