Industrial hub of DR.
Industrial hub of DR. Centre of cigar making and automotive sales. Interesting history with a different vibe to Santa Domingo. Leon art museum worth a visit as is the surrounding countryside beautiful views from hilltops. But like the rest of DR they need to have an efficient garbage collection infrastructure. Sad to see countryside and beaches littered with garbage and plastic bags and bottles.

The hotel is of moderate pricing. It serves a very good breakfast, which includes Dominican mangu as well as fruits and juices. There was milk for cereal. I suppose, though, that if a person is lactose-intolerant they might give you an alternative. If you want to venture a bit farther and are into meat, visit Asadero Dona Pula, with good prices and the food is great!

They have their own trusted taxi, to pick up from airport and drop off eventhough is cash payment only, but the driver, the car and ride was pleasant, clean and helpful. They have 2 connected Nail spa, they are very professional clean and do a great job.
