Modern design, welcoming friendly staff, comfortable and very clean. Great included breakfast too. Excellent central, yet quiet location in Santa Cruz, just a few minutes' walk from where the 500 airport bus drops off and picks up. Close to main shopping streets and seafront with lots of cafes, shops and restaurants. I can highly recommend this small, friendly hotel.

Sabrina and Fabian served and are terrific! Friendly, inquisitive, helpful, and alway genuinely smiling and upbeat. Bfast was excellent, esp the warm and very French croissant. The hotel location is close to the heart of town but just enough out of the way to minimize noise. Nonetheless, we slept like babies on comfortable beds and pillows in a generous sized corner superior room.

Location, Mountain View, great and various breakfast, big apartments with everything you need
Beautiful views of the mountains and the coast. Lots of walks around the area short and long. The beaches were stunning and each one was different. The road can be narrow and single tracks once off the main roads a lot of the time. The one main tourist attractions Cubo de la Galga in the area was nice easy walk and not long. National Parks on the la Palam were just stunning. The main footpaths are well maintained can be steep and hard going, but well worth for the views.

Brena Baja is a district rather than a town, the main town is San Antonio and a bit further away San Pedro. These have some restaurants but the island capital Santa Cruz is a short drive away where there are plenty of restaurants. We self catered mainly and found the nearest Hyper-Dino supermarket had everything we needed.

Located at the end of the Airport runway, the H10 Tambietrme is easily accessible by taxi or a scenic walk along the coast.
The hotel has an impressive Reception area, with a jungle type waterfall feature. The Reception desk is stunningly awful, boasting long queues and the customer care skills that can only be matched with that of a prison warden in china.
The hotel boasts lift access, however this is limited to the main building only. If your unfortunate enought to be upgraded - you will enjoy an adventurous walk to the other side of the complex and regularly climb five flights of stairs to access your suite, which boast a balcony with a road view.
The rooms are basic, with two worn and creeky single beds on wheels - pushed together - and equally drift apart providing a refreshing wake-up landing on the floor between the beds should u roll-over in the night
The housekeeping was faultless; I felt really eco-friendly using the same towels throughout my stay.
The all-inclusive option provides a limited range of poorly cooled food, with a complementary serving of salmonella; and exercise for those repetitive dashes to the toilet, especially if you paid to be upgraded for the extra sprint and stairs.
The hotel drinks were exceptionally good, and provided suitable anaesthetic to the entertainment more suited to those in their golden years who have the luxury of turning their hearing aids off, or forgetting it every happened quite quickly.
Overall a unique experience, that I may decline a second time.

Cloudier than the West side of the island and cooler with temperatures in the mid 20's which is comfortably warm in late September/October. Short bus ride to the main town of Santa Cruz. Small beach with black sand.
Trips to other parts of the island available, including tours to see the stars at night as this island has dark skies with several astronomical observatories.

Quite rural place, good basis for walking around and for visiting La Palma. It has a favourable microclima, not so hot as the south of the island. Many small houses with gardens, bananas, avocados, tropical flowers. Locals are very friendly.
Food is normal. Hotel has great location. It is a paradise now here, because not much people here due to volcanoe. It is great time to visit, assuming you are flexible, my flight got cancelled and I even have to fly from another island with 1 day delay. But that is a risk worth taking, stay in this hotel was very nice. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Great views from my room. I would stay longer but no holidays left.
Stayed here on our final night in La Palma because of its location to the airport and us leaving. What a beautiful hotel. The rooms are big and comfortable. Pillows nice on the bed too. The parador is a spacious and beautiful hotel. We had pre drinks at the bar before dinner - lovely service. Dinner was excellent too and the waiters were attentive and knowledgable. Would definitely come back and stay again
This was our 4 th stay at this hotel. Little disappointed in the missing skirting in the walkway and the fact the carpet had not been cleaned during our stay. Also some of the chairs need repairing in the entertainment lounge.
Gorgeous location and beautiful hotel. There is a walking/jogging path that runs behind the hotel down to the beach and restaurant area which is simply stunning. Incredible view from the rooms, fun pool area. Mini fridge in room.
Nice, quiet, renovated and cosy apartment close to the centre of Breña Baja, not far from beach Las Cancajos and the airport. Beautiful small veranda with nice view to the bay of Santa Cruz. Comfortable beds. WIFI well working.
Garden is amazing. Really nice bouffette. Swimming pool. Amazing Beach. Very friendly hotel team. They are family and very good persons and horrible to see this amazing place in volcanic action.
always great to stay in any parador. View is always great. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. There is a opportunity to walk in botanical garden around the hotel.
