The location is excellent to exploring the old city. An old but renovated beautiful building. The room was big with lots of natural light coming through big windows/doors with balcony, clean and nicely decorated. A kitchenette with small fridge, sink and cooktop came as a nice surprise!

Wandering this relaxed city is like taking a walk through history. A fabulous city to visit: the best mix of very old, C19 and C20 and ultra modern architecture. Lively place where you can reach most areas by foot. A visit in the Botanical Garden must be included, it is an oasis in the middle of the city. We found the people very friendly, if you make a little effort to speak their language. We liked the Market, enjoyed the green spaces and were blown away by the ornate interior of the churches.

Buy a carnet of 10 bus/metro rides for €6, from a tabac shop. Public transport is easy to navigate your way around the city and to the port area, when your feet tire from exploring on foot. Cycling is very popular and good fun too. Don't forget to research and book tables at restaurants before arrival in Valencia. Good ones are always booked solid.

We love Valencia as had two properties there but sadly sold as needed money in U.K. after Brexit. It’s still fantastic value for money and we love the food (Menu del Dia and tapas) and do speak a bit of Spanish. It’s a shame that the shops like LV , Ferragamo, Hermes etc have all gone it’s a sign of the times . But for sight seeing and beaches (try Mas Bonita) great, Best hotel Las Arenas (try the turbot) and Neptuno good. Only You hotel great for central city trendy with buzz but ordinary double room not big enough.

Lovely place great activities and surroundings.
Lovely place great activities and surroundings. I ate at the Nero hotel which was very good . The only bad experience I had was at the Restaurant Novomar on the promenade. The waiter tricked me by chargin g me twice once with card which he said didn't work and then by cash.
I contacted the property but got no reply.

It's a cute studio, ideal for a couple, it's in the midst of residential apartments, hence the restaurants or the bus stop is a good 10-15 minutes walk. Digital Security is good, apartment looks new and refurbished the gadgets are new. We enjoyed the stay.
The location was perfect for us, next to the towers, between the old city center and the park. It was our first visit to Valencia and we wanted a place which lent itself to walking. We also deeply appreciated the superb concierge service at the hotel. The staff was kind, extremely helpful and professional at each step of our short stay. They assisted us in securing dinner reservations at a very nice restaurant and directed us to the tram service to the beach, which was very convenient. The room itself was beautiful and amenities top notch.
Excellent location on the beach. Large, bright room. Good shower. Comfortable bed. The parking was great. The hotel say you can park on the street but that is aspirational. It is the free parking for the beach. You can double park on the quiet street, drop your bags and the hotel will give you a ticket for the underground parking very close. The lady at reception took lots of time to show me how to get into the parking, even though there were people waiting to check in, Very helpful service.
Stunning hotel in the centre of Carmen old town. Calm and elegant ambiance. Lovely staff who gave great restaurant recommendations. We stayed in a junior suite with a view over the piazza. 3m x 1m walk-in double shower. You can walk everywhere from the hotel. Definitely go for lunch at the Valencia Marina Club.
Thank you for a lovely stay!
The breakfast was good. The location was good, very close to the old city. Cozy and clean rooms and friendly staff. Especially the host named “Nuno” he helped me when I lost my credit card at an atm and let me use his phone to call my bank since my phone did not work during my trip to Spain. He was very friendly and helpful. Thank you Nuno.
Easy from the airport- a standard 20 euros for a taxi. Location- Fantastic, right in the heart of the old town. 10 mins walk from everything. Staff were great and the hotel was really cool. An old building revamped into a boutique hotel. Right outside the door is a great cafe - Bombay. Open from 8 till 5;30. Great breakfasts and cheap
super clean
super nice bellboy gentlemen, dark hair, white skin staff pls give him an award for customer’s service. finally a one peace kingsize bed, for all other 4 hotels in spain had 2 twin beds joined. the bed and pillows super comfy. bonus is the Bvulgari shampoo etc which are of five stars guests and smell amazing
Me and my boyfriend are first time to visit Valencia and this hotel. The receptionist team is very accommodating. The room that we stayed in had a really good wide bed and the view of the window was really amazing. And most of all , we enjoyed using their facilities.. We will come back here again. ❤️🥰
It's a very modern and sophisticated take on a boutique hotel. The location is spot on with just throw away from old town but a bit hidden away same time. What makes this place special is its staff. So friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The place is extremely clean and really well looked after.
I always give 10 for every rating but this truly was the best experience i had during my 3 week trip around spain. I stayed at many hotels and apartments and none was as nice as here not even the super expensive 1000 eu a night business hotel in madrid. Staff was super helpful and nice
Everything great. Notice that you have to pay 25 euros for the spa (jacuzzi etc), it was not included in our reservation. If you like luxury hotels this is for you, but if you want you can stay in a cheaper please and just come to use the spa (29 euros).the room is great.
A good hotel located on a quiet street in Valencia old town, close to Turia park. The room, the bed, the bathroom were all comfy. In the room there was a desk and a chair, both looking comfortable to work with a laptop (I haven't tried to though).
Excellent value for money hotel in an excellent location on the beach next to the harbour near a metro stop. The room was large and of great quality. Loved the vibe of the area and Valencia is a very special place, not too large, not too small.
Nice and well located hotel with its own restaurant. Cheap bicycle rental. But the best thing is the staff, so super nice and accommodating! I got the best tips and help and he was always available for a chat. I would go there again!
Great hotel on the beach front.
The restaurant food was excellent and the staff super.
The Staff on reception were most helpful, and help us make the most of our few days in Valencia.
We highly recommend
Everything as described, and furniture conditions are relatively good in comparison with average situation in Spain. Helpful staff, self-checkin and checkout available. Good choice!
A fantastic boutique hotel right on the beach. The rooms were comfortable, clean and modern, the staff was friendly and helpful, and there is literally nothing not to like.
