Frankly the staff are lovely. The hotel is far from the old city and the center of Barcelona. The only thing was the Sagrada Família was a block away. The bathrooms are horrible. Old rooms and not attractive at all.

Very clean and spacious room. Facilities excellent and everything was catered for. Staff so helpful- we arrived early and thought we would not be able to book in however staff were very accommodating and we were booked in straight away. The metro and train station are so accessible right underneath the hotel so makes for onward travel very easy.

Room Was comfortable and clean. Location is far from tourist attractions however there is a metro station very close. Most of the Staff were friendly.
