Great price Good location Balcony and kitchen
Very old furniture and unlookedafter building not cleaning room every day bed not so comfy and kinda small no free wifi no car park serious and not smiley staff
Clean lots of towels. The hotel was in a good place. quite in the night time. only took half an hour to walk to port aventura.
They took the payment before when it was pay on arrival.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Apartment was very clean. Beds comfortable as holiday beds go. Very good value for money
Nice quite location while still being only a short walk to the centre of Salou Lovely pool facilities
Just back from Salou. Stayed here for 4 nights. Rooms were grand and the partition was great for a sleep in, kept out the light. The reception staff were lovely with the exception of one guy. There was a lovely cove about 10 minutes walk. We didn't eat here so cannot comment on food. Wont return again but mainly because of the noise. As they say you get what you pay for.
Walls are very thin, you could hear people washing their hands and drying hair. One next door to me decided to dry her hair at 3.45 am and as for turning on and off the tap constantly at all hours. Entertainment didn't finish most nights until midnight and then you had people returning to theirs rooms making noise as if it was midday. The pool was freezing and the area was not very inviting and full of wasps. We ended up going to the beach. Staff wont reply to emails had to phone them in the end with queries.
Location Pool Room Balcony (loved that there wasn't too many kids but I assume this would change id we had travelled earlier in the summer)
Entertainment at the pool was too 'english' and annoying. Air Conditioning was temperamental
Cheap and the location were good value for money
Beds very uncomfortable Pillow hard Banging doors and echoes all around Entertainment hard to listen to all day
Location is excellent rooms are a good size nice and clean staff are helpful I've stayed here on a number of occasions only once though did I stay anything other than room only when breakfast was included and I have to say it was decent enough English bacon and sausage so edible
The fact it's all inclusive means you get people taking full advantage of the bar the pool is really overcrowded and the entertainment can be a little too much without wanting to sound harsh it's basically parents getting rotten drunk while their kids run amok if this is your type of holiday then great if not stay clear or do as we do go to the beach or other pools
The bar facilities and the information leaflets in reception were quite good. The cleaning staff were very nice and our room was regularly cleaned and our towels were replaced.
The location of this hotel was just on the edge of Salou and we found ourselves having a small walk to most things. The walls of the hotel were very thin and each morning and night we could hear children shouting and running and loud music and arguments and it was rare tha we ha a good night's sleep. The cooking facilities in the room were very, very, basic. There were only two glasses, bowls and forks etc and there was nothing to clean the dishes with. The decor in the hotel and the room was quite poor. The loud music and entertainment during the day was quite annoying. Relaxing by the pool wasn't an option. Instead we were greeted by belting music and a very boisterous DJ. I really did not like the way we had to pay a €100 deposit as well as the €7 local tax. The deposit alone was bad enough but to be taxed on something that was refunded was quite annoying. I also didn't like the way that guests had to empty their bins into the local public buns at the end of their stay. Overall, I was quite disappointed with this hotel. We were on a fairly tight budget but even then I found this to be quite bad value for money.
The entertainment was fab
Basic but clean and staff friendly.
Excellent location good sized rooms helpful staff
Daily entertainment was very good along with the location, staff and value for money. Rooms were very comfortable
After paying for WI-FI for three days the connection was very poor and unuseable a lot of the time
The staff was quite nice. The internet was fine but you have to pay for it. Fairly we liked it but it wasn't a good value apartments!
The kitchenette was a disaster, kettle wasn't working, the hobs don't work either(very poorly). The electricity kept switching on and off. The towels weren't changed as supposed to. The TV lacks it's channels, all movies are in Spanish!
all inclusive finishes at 11pm...uncomfortable sunbeds.

pool noise food
Good location, apartment comfortably fits 4 adults, I went with a group of friends, the pool area is great, had great poolside entertainment for kids but also for adults (we are late teens/early 20s), one of the days we had a cocktail demonstration. Fairly central to all the good going out spots but not too close that the noise keeps you up at night. Comfortable beds, nice staff, reasonably priced. Will definitely return.
The towels should be changed at least every second day, not twice a week especially if 4 adults are booked into a room. We brought our own towels but if we didnt we would have been really stuck.
food good,drinks good,entertainment good.
noise from other guests in the early hours.
10 minute bus ride to the water and theme park Basic clean hotel Good entertainment for young children
We were self catering and i didnt like having to pay extra for a toaster
The entertainment was what makes this hotel a great place to stay there was something for everyone
Rooms are a bit on the small size
Entertainment for children was very good would reccomended for family
Bed very uncomfortable lack of towels
Swimming pool, breakfast...
Chose this hotel for a cheap and cheerful, holiday camp abroad. Good air conditioning in room. Clean, surprisingly comfortable beds. Good pool and poolside area. Entertainment was adequate and quite good some nights, especially for the children. Paid on arrival for "All in" - which pushed up the overall cost of the holiday, food was varied, tasty but not really hot enough (cooked breakfasts and hot food)
Although not specific to this hotel, be aware that on Friday and Saturday evening, what seems like the entire youth population of Spain descend on Salou and fill up all available rooms. They shout and party all night across the hotels so for families on these nights you may want to buy some ear plugs. Rooms near the pool suffer from bad drainage smells.
Pool area is very crowded but we go to beach so it doesn't bother us. Area around is hilly with lots of steps to beaches so you have to be fit
The stairs cause I was on the top floor
