The coast line is beautiful with yellow sand and beautiful view of the coast as far as the eye can see. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from. There's a harbour wall walk. We wanted to eat paella at El Pescador which was recommended to us but unfortunately it closed at 3.30. Avoid fiesta days its not easy to get around.

Great city, relatively close to Valencia and Valencia Airport (In 1 hour we was there). Definitely one of the best beach I saw in Spain. City center as well as beach(playa) district full of nice small restaurants. And of course friendly, smiling people all over the places.

We prefer pedestrian-scale streets and attractive vistas. Gandia has neither. High-rise buildings shadow the beach in the late afternoon. The architecture and treeless wide streets make it ripe for the next dystopian film. Zoning and land use control has gone awfully wrong in the beachfront area. Avoid this town if you prefer romantic, intimate spaces.

Fantastic beach, some excellent restaurants and great for walking or running along the long promenade. It is a Spanish resort which we enjoyed and no pictures of food in the restaurants and few typical tourist bars.

The room was exactly as pictured and had a small balcony, with a view to the street, which was very nice. The room was clean and had air-conditioning. When I asked for an extra table, the receptionist was helpful to provide it instantly. We found parking close-by every day (low season). There are several good cafes and patisseries very close-by (2 min walk max). When these are closed, there are some vending machines in the lobby that might help (see photo below).

There is a promenade to the sea nearby. The apartment is very good eqipped: washing machine, oven, microwave, hair dryer, air conditioning, fans e.t.c. There is an elevator in the building. The beds and the rest of the furniture are brand new. The apartment is perfectly clean. Kind and helpful hosts. I recommend this place.

An underground car park was a bonus! And they allow pets! The sandy beach is 1 min walk away and goes on for miles. Will definitely stay again!
