The location is great for visiting Cognac and Saintes. The hostess was very welcoming and warm, and offered homemade marmalade and jam! The studio was spotless. The patio area was lovely after a busy day, nice to relax.

This hotel is right in the centre of town. The rooms were clean and well laid out. The parking was to the back of the hotel and enclosed. It made a great base to see the Cognac region from. Good wifi- the only wifi that was good during this visit to France.

Perfect location, in the center of the city close to lots of shops, restaurants and beautiful gardens… Very friendly and helpful staff. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. And the free breakfast in the morning had freshly baked croissants, pain au chocolat, to name a few of the delicious options that were offered. My young adult children loved the espresso machine! They helped themselves to it when we first arrived in the afternoon and in the morning too of course. The rooms had a fan, only one out of the three rooms we rented had AC. But the weather cooled down at night.
