This is a very basic hotel offering a comfortable bed a reasonable bathroom and little else. We didn’t meet anyone in the hotel. Entrance was via a key box. No food available. The main advantage is that it is in easy walking distance of Exeter airport and we had an early flight. So it met that particular need well and there were no comparable alternatives. We LOVED everything about this property! The room is even more beautiful and comfortable than the pictures suggest. Even the walkway to the room is lined with beautiful plants and woodwork. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was delivered in baskets to the front door in the morning. And the fact that dogs are welcomed is an added bonus:). But the best part of our stay was meeting Kate! She is a very warm, genuine and beautiful woman who seems to truly enjoy hosting guests in her lovely accommodations. Thank you Kate—we hope to return.

Lovely location but be aware that it is remote. The building is an old Devon farmhouse and very beautiful and as it is a working farm I woke up in the morning to the sound of the cows in the field - vey peaceful
