Shepherd's Loch Glamping is such a unique space to spend time unwinding and relaxing. All of the cabins are well built and very interesting, with solar power, gas stoves and well-appointed bathrooms and bedrooms. The staff are very accommodating and helpful and the room was very clean and well appointed. We did a little fishing at one of the ponds, visited the little shop for supplies on site and borrowed a book from the community center. A pair of pheasants were living around our cabin, and put on a show each morning for us. Thanks for a great stay!

We were here for a party night on the 9th of December. The hotel staff were fabulous. Couldn’t do enough for you. Our room was lovely! The meal.. amazing! The band.. wow!!! And breakfast in the morning the icing on the cake. Such a beautiful hotel to stay in. Will definitely stay again!! Thankyou all for making our stay a great one 🥰x

There is such a lovely range of beautiful scenic walks along the coast or inland. Pennan, Crovie and Gardenstown are delightful and distinctive local fishing villages. Great food to be had in The Seafield Arms Whitehills, The Rustice Grill Turriff and The Galley Whitehills. The Eden WaterMill Cafe and crafts shop near King Edwards, Banff is a good stop as is the delightful Sunday House Tearoom, Boyndie near Banff.
