As there is no receptionist on the premises guests must inform La Suisse Apartments 24 hours before arrival date of their estimated arrival time. Please use the contact information on the booking confirmation to do this. Please contact the property 30 minutes before arrival. Please note that the minimum age of guests is over 23 years old. Check-out is 09:00 - 11:00 on Saturday and Sunday. The building has 3 stories and there is no elevator. Assistance with luggage can be provided on request. Guests are required to bring photo identification (driving license or passport) and the card with which the booking was made. There are no refunds for guests leaving before the end of the contract. Only a maximum of 2 people plus 1 child if possible per apartment is permitted and their names and full addresses must be given at the time of booking. The property cannot accept Visa Electron cards.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
