Our stay at this lovely place was everything we could have hoped for and more. With plenty of activities for children, including a nearby park, amusement area, and a short walk to a sandy beach, boredom was never an option. The convenience of being just two minutes away from a pub and the club house added to the overall enjoyment. Plus, the fun fair and main Hemsby attractions were within easy reach. We're already planning our return trip, as this spot has everything needed for a memorable family holiday!"

Quirky building right on the sea front so you can enjoy a pleasant stroll on the beach. Friendly staff and yummy breakfast was included in the price. They were able to cater to vegans too. We had the family suite so 2 bedrooms a bathroom and a small corridor area. The new owner has big plans for the place so we will be happy to come again and see how it looks.

Busy little b&b, and I can see why. The staff are very attentive and chatty which I like. Ample parking and a bar with lounge for those that just want to chill in the evening..
For me I will be using this place again.

As I had booked the room for a birthday surprise they organised some flowers for the room after I had sent them an email to see if it was something they where able to do. Then when we arrived they had decorated the room with balloons as well as an added bonus.

Hemsby is a good location as a base to explore other areas of Norfolk. If you have kids then this is a good location as you have everything you need on your doorstep.
I imagine that Hemsby is a major holiday destination judging by the amount of amusement arcades and caravan parks in the surrounding area. In the high season if you are after a quiet location then this probably is not the location for you.
However, if you have kids then this is perfect.

Beach is beautiful.
Beach is beautiful. I went away with just my dog and felt a little nervous going solo - I needn’t have worried! Amazing pub in Hemsby called the Lacon Arms served fab food, friendly staff and very dog friendly. Little bakery at the start of the Main Street let me call out my order from at the door. Local Hirsts farm shop let you take your dog in and their cafe serves incredible food. A visit to quirky 1940’s Poppylands is a must as are the seals at Horsey Gap. Short drive to Gt Yarmouth (amazing model village) and so many wonderful beaches all within a few miles. Local People are so friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hemsby and surrounding area to dog owners and to families with children.

Location was near a little farm, close to beaches, a few arcades nearby. Green spaces and a simple park onsite. The apartment was cleaned as well as possible and host was responsive to contact when it was necessary. The bedding was clean and the property well equipped with cleaning products and extra blankets, pillows etc. (bath towels are not included in the price)
Everything you need for a budget break in a nice location.
The caravan was very clean and tidy and smelt very nice especially for an old model caravan, you would expect maybe damp or mould in such places but this caravan was spotless.
The location is great with a short walk to the main Hemsby promenade and only a 15min drive from great Yarmouth.
The owner was also really friendly and excellent at responding to any questions.
The layout and use of space was very good . Close to all entertainment, beaches and amenities but still very peaceful and relaxed. plenty of parking spaces right outside our chalet which we wasn't expecting. We have never visited Hemsby before but will definitely be booking again for next year.
beautiful clean fresh caravan with everything you would need for a self catering holiday beds comfy and great bathroom kitchen and living space and on a quiet site with not too many caravans close to the beach and arcades and a great selection of pubs food places and shops
Location to the beach was great. The ability to come and go as we please was positive. Communication with the owner was prompt, professional and polite. The caravan was clean when we arrived and instructions were clear and helpful.
The caravan was spacious, warm and clean.Extra touches like complimentary coffee, tea and biscuits from Norfolk were appreciated!kids loved the park and we could see them from our caravan, which was ideal.
Ten minute walk to the beach and a short drive to other beaches. Well equipped and comfortable chalet- really comfortable bed and lovely shower. We stayed slightly out of season but it was really quiet
Very homely accommodation, near to the beach.
Having access to free Wi-Fi was a bonus.
Enjoyed spending time outside on the patio and gazebo for shade. .

Really clean, lovely site. So much room in here. Neighbours were really friendly. Beautiful walk to hemsby town arcades and beach. Great places to eat. And dog friendly. Deffantly coming back
Great location and holiday for a few days. Great communication from the owners. Chalet had everything we needed. And short walk to the local bus to get into Hemsby Beach or Grt Yarmouth.
The chalet was clean and well equipped for our stay. It was in a good location for the beach and other places to visit. The welcome pack was a lovely addition.
