A place of a great spirit. A quiet heaven in Santorini. Delicious breakfast and charming valley. Perfect spot to hike to beautiful Pyrgos village for sunset. And the host are simply the best. Even neighbors took us on a little party they had. The perfect one night stay.
Located by Exo Gialos Beach, this family-run Santorini Hotel is only 1.2 mi from Fira’s center. It features an outdoor pool with furnished sun-bathing terrace and pool bar. WiFi is offered throughout....

The staff were very friendly and professional, and accommodated me very late at night after my ferry got delayed which I appreciated. Everything was very clean and they served me a huge breakfast which is included in the price.
3 days 2 nights were the perfect length. Best to get around with cars if possible, but roads are windy and a bit rough for such a lovely touristy spot for international travellers. Gets crowded in the afternoon, so best to go really early for sunrise before the crowds arrive from the ferries and other towns. Oia would be the busiest, Fira next and then Pyrgos. Pyrgos was actually lovely with a square for food and walking up to the caldera views. Wonderful people and spot for photos for sure.

Beautiful scenic Emporio is definitely worth a visit.
Beautiful scenic Emporio is definitely worth a visit. Lots of great local restaurants and coffee shops. Only 5 minutes and you’re at the beach too. Love everything about this place.
Some roads are narrow so definitely don’t get a big car for this area. Fiat panda coped though 😊

Beautiful buildings and structures, full of history. Great food and good local wines. In general very clean and organized. Took a catamaran tour and rented a buggy for one day, both highly recommended.

Nice village away from the most touristic places that is why we chose that place. A walk at night in the old Emporio is fantastic in the narrow paths and the beautiful architecture. The people are nice. I liked the market with the greengrocer, the fishermen ant the nice philippo pizzeria and restaurants of the main place near the bus stop.

A hidden gem !
A hidden gem ! Conveniently situated on the bus route from Perissa to Fira with all the facilities you need . The old town was fascinating, little cafes and taverna , Tiny, windy streets and typical Cycladean cave houses. Unspoilt by large groups of tourists .
