Beautiful 5 star resort situated on it's own private beach, with lounges available for guests of the resort to use (including towels and water). The rooms are quite spacious and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the breakfast is comprehensive with many options and coffee made to order. Nice touches like bringing by water bottles to your room at night, since you are a bit removed from shops etc. You can also walk to several restaurants nearby for dinner if you don't have a car. All in the value is quite good for the price you pay, and it was the perfect place for a relaxing week at the beach.

Our stay at Grikos hotel was absolutely delightful. The first night we arrived very late due to our ferry arrival at 00:30am and we we warmly greeted by the family. From our first greeting I knew we were staying at a lovely hotel. The family running the hotel were incredibly kind and gracious, always available to assist with any needs making our visit enjoyable. I booked two rooms, one for my mother and I, and another for my grandfather. Both rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a fridge, kettle, tea and coffee supplies, cups, cutlery, wifi, a lovely balcony with a drying rack, and efficient air conditioning. Waking up to have breakfast on the terrace with a view of the sea was so peaceful, I wish every morning started like that! They have continental breakfast with various options: pasteries, fruit salad, eggs, olives, rolls, ham/ cheese, cereals, selection of homemade jams, yogurt- you can’t go hungry. I particularly enjoyed the fruit salad. I highly recommend this hotel!

Everything about Patmos Villas is beyond expectations. It is quiet with lovely views, very comfortable and clean . Thomas and family are exceptional hosts ,they have made my stay very enjoyable and memorable . When I visit Patmos I will definitely stay here .

The house , the views and location were perfect! Idyllic - couldn’t have been more peaceful -the harbor and hillside homes were a feast for the heart and eyes! Everything I wanted in visiting Patmos ! We went to see the Cave of Apolycalse - unknowingly arriving at a busy and sacred time - Orthodox Easter on the island. Yet, the staff made us feel so welcome - Our boat arrived 2 hours late, yet Elisa sent a staff person to meet us after midnight at the dock and to take us to our rental. Elisa and Theologos, we hope to someday welcome you to upstate New York and treat you with the same hospitality as you gave us !
