We loved everything. The location and views are without equal, with many amazing restaurants just a short walk away. Our room was large and comfortable. The maids do a lovely job of keeping the room clean, even washing our cups and dishes (which was totally unexpected), and folding clothes we accidently left on the bed. The breakfast buffet had a huge variety of food to choose from, and I probably got something different every day. The pool is nice and clean. There are also loungers and umbrellas on the beach that hotel guests can use for free. The hotel can arrange transfers to locations all over the island and can also set up tours for guests.

Brand name that offers nothing more,in comparison with other not so well advertised islands. Too expensive with no reason. If you like to visit a hole with ashes called volcano it'ok. But from Perissa you have to pay 60euros transfer to get there. Personally speaking, not worth at all.

My sister and I loved Perissa.
My sister and I loved Perissa. We spent our first day on a 12-hour tour of the island and got a great overview of Santorini. We spent a day in Fira and decided that we made the right decision for us to stay in Perissa. It is more lowkey than some of the other villages you can stay at on Santorini, but it was perfect for us.

It is a typical town for blissful relaxation, where there isn't much to explore, apart from climbing the mountain to see the ancient city Fira ruins or admiring the Kamari and airport views. The main purpose of people coming here is to lounge on the beach.

Perissa served as a wonderful station for our trip to Santorini. I was far more interested in the history of the island and seeing everything Santorini had to offer. If you are looking for a beach vacation with anything you might need within walking distance, then Perissa would be perfect for your stay. However, Perssia also proved to be a great station to start and end each day.

Lovely beach with sunbeds under grassy umbrellas to rent for 10 EUR per bed plus a free cocktail. Beautiful black sand and amazing sea to swim in and cool down. Loads of restaurants and shops along the beach. Food and drink can be ordered from your sunbed. I want to go back!
Very modern and clean rooms. Angelos who runs the hotel is an amazing host. I had a very late check-in and he was waiting for me, helped with finding the right parking, etc. He gives great tips around the island and is always reachable, whether you need something around the room, a shuttle or anything else. The location is perfect, 5min walking distance from the best beach in Santorini, you find plenty of restaurants around and a 24h bakery next door. Good parking options around the hotel. The rooms have A/C and a small fridge.
Hotel Porto Perissa is a great option for a seaside holiday in Santorini.
Comfortable rooms with a terrace, swimming pool, stylish nautical design, friendly and attentive staff and location - all this makes the Porto Perissa hotel very attractive.
The sea and the beach are very close, there are many taverns and restaurants around. Breakfast is also available at the hotel.
The territory of the hotel is very quiet and clean. The hosts are hospitable and friendly people. We had a great time at this hotel.

Breakfast was varied and rich every day. You had a choice of savoury or sweet, and you were always served with orange juice and an optional tea/coffee/milk. The accommodation is in a perfect location in Perissa, close to the beach, restaurants, bus stop and there is a small shop 2 houses away. And I would highlight the "boss", Irene. She was extremely kind and helpful with everything. If we were to come to Santorini on holiday again I would definitely stay in Santa Barbara.
Manolis, the host was great and polite. He had stayed half an hour longer than we'd stated we'll come. Check in and check out went really smooth. Location of the Villa is great, within 2 minutes walking-distance from the main pedestrian street and 2 minutes from bakery (open 24/7h) and other restaurants. Prices for meals are acceptable. Perissa overall is prize-convenient and well-based town for staying in Santorini.
I had an amazing experience at the anezina villas in Santorini! The receptionist, Demi, was incredibly friendly and helped me organize a surprise birthday celebration for my boyfriend. She assisted with ordering a cake, arranging a boat tour, and giving great recommendations for local food and sunset spots. The hotel was clean, the pool was pristine, and the Greek breakfast was fantastic. Highly recommended!
We had an amazing time on Santorini and at Kasteli Luxury Rooms. It's a family hotel and they made us feel like home. Such a kind people and every morning a great breakfast with some Greek specialties. The Rooms are very good located in Perissa with bus stop nearby as well as the beach and many restaurants. We would definitely come back to Kasteli Luxury Rooms next time we go to Santorini.
This place was lovely. Pool as pictured and 2 minutes to the beach. A decent amount of nice restaurants within walking distance. It was a really nice introduction to Santorini. The hotel offered to arrange a private driver for us both ways to the port which was great and relatively good value for money. The bathroom needs a little updating but the place is old.
The location is really good 5 minutes from Perissa Beach and is relatively cheap compared to other hotels however the shower and sink are salt water and that kind of hit us, there was hair in the shower drain and the floor, overall is a good value but it need more attention to details from the cleaning crew the bed were comfortable and the AC worked perfectly.
Hotel location is very good, near to beach. Bus stop 5 mins walks from hotel.
Daily breakfast was exceptional, tasty, reasonable variety.
Owner was very kind and helpfull. provided very good information about santorini
I will recommend this hotel to everyone, before book any tour/car/taxi please connect with hotel they will do it very reasonable price
Everything wqs just amazinz , location is just amazing next to the beach, they have a pool where you can relax, all shops, rent a car, bars and restaurants are near . It is cca 20 min ride to Fira with quad ,but that was better as this place is more quiet and not so many tourista. I reccomend to rent a Atv or Car in Santorini, it s easy to move around .
Incredibly friendly staff and a truly genuine Santorini experience. Those of us who have been coming to this island for a long time (and especially to Perissa) really know how to appreciate this hidden gem that is Gardenia. It was our second stay here and we will definitely return as soon as possible. Thank you so much, guys, all our love❤️❤️❤️
Hotel Perissa is an old-school hotel in the middle of Santorini. The family that runs it was kind and went above and beyond the call of duty. The rooms were large, and the pool was amazing. It clearly catered not to the super-rich, like most of Santorini, but to ordinary people from around the world who wanted a relaxing vacation.
This place was pretty nice and was in a great location in Perissa beach. We had several restaurants and shops easily accessible and the hotel staff was very lovely. We rented a great dune buggie type vehicle through them as well which was a must when getting around Santorini! The included breakfast was also really great.
Very comfortable and clean studio, we've got large room with terrace by the pool. Room was everyday cleaned and all of staff nice and very useful.
Breakfast continental, but good.
Good location, quite close to Perissa beach, market across the street.
Great base to Santorini tour.
Recommended.
It is à nice hotel run by a very nice family. The rooms are very beautiful, a nice pool and a fantastic location only 3 min walk to the beach and restaurants. The service is superb! I would really recommend this place to stay. Also near the busstop to see the other sights of Santorini
Nice hotel apartments, has its own swimming pool which is a nice touch. Very comfortable beds, good air conditioning. A generously sized apartment. Quiet and peaceful. Santorini is small so location is never an issue in my opinion.
The host are very nice. Its a family business run by 2 sisters. They arranged the airport pick up for me to the Hostel. Very close to the Beach. And 20- 30mins bus ride from Fira which is the main junction or central of Santorini.
Perfect Santorinian designed hotel ❤️
Location - 2 minutes from the main road + 2 minutes from the Perissa beach.
Staff was super kind and helpful with everything you need.
Breakfast was rich
Everything was perfect! Voula I s an amazing person and made our stay the best it could be. Perissa beach is the perfect place to stay in Santorini! We will be back!
