It was such a beautiful oasis! Stayed in a triple room with 4 people. The staff were awesome and kind. The breakfast was delicious and included for us. The view from the roof was awesome. The orange kitty there cuddled me forever and sadly my friends wouldn’t let me take it into the room lol. Very safe, and gated. Good location. Would highly recommend and stay again!

This location is amazing. I really enjoyed staring at the view, and I really loved the onsite coffee shop. Also the bakery cart right at the hotel was lovely. Was easy to book a shuttle to Guatamala city straight from the office. Boat lauch to head to other locations around the lake are walking distance from the hotel.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Stunning grounds with lots of activities to do during your stay, and the cafeteria is pretty good too. Although I don’t speak Spanish staff was very patient with me and helpful when communicating. I couldn’t recommend more

It was located very centrally in Panajachel, making it very convenient to reach the lakeshore as well as shops and restaurants in the town. I also really liked the decoration in the lobby and the cleanliness throughout.
