This is the second time I've stayed here. The first time was amazing. The second time not so much. The lady at the front counter was a unfriendly. Put me in a room right up front. Room number 5. Of tou get this room ask for a different one. You can here everything in the lobby, plus all the traffic out front. Not a great experience for $100 dollars a night. Restaurant at the hotel has a great breakfast that's a plus

The room was actually a small apartment with an equipped kitchen, dining area, private bathroom, and a double bed. The guy at the desk was very helpful and even let us store our luggage for a night while we did the short trip to Flores and Tikal. It has real hot water in the shower, not the ubiquitous crazy electric water heater heads that only partially work
