The hotel is located in the most central position in Antigua, which is super convenient. They also have a garage for you to park the car for a small cost. The rooms are clean and nice, there isn’t much light but that makes sense given the structure of the hotel that is in a old cinema. All considered this place is a unique experience. The staff is very kind and will help you with any request you have.

We stayed just one night here and felt like we had a chance in the afternoon of arrival and then a few hours in the morning to see everything major in town. We arrived on a Sunday night and it was SWARMING - my son actually said it reminded him of Disneyland with vendors selling all the same things like light up toys, etc. Monday morning was much more calm and enjoyable. Was able to see the beautiful sites and enjoy the town much more. The volcano was barely coming out as we were leaving so wish we had a better view of that.

pay in Q and not dollars or use your credit card which is not a guarantee. They were canceling my guest reservations and my VISA/MC or DISCOVER was not working except my DEBIT card which was odd but was later explained that they have to wait 8 days to get the money from the credit card and DEBIT card was immediate money. That was not nice.

Lovely historical town that captures the culture, cuisine and spirit of the country. Walkable, or by Uber or tuk tuk. Most streets are bumpy cobblestone, so don’t recommend bikes, although there are bike tours provided in the area. Lots of hotels, B&Bs, and restaurants, museums, historical sites and shops for tourists.

It's a UNESCO site, so you know with certainty it's very special. I found it spellbinding; it's a place that "has it all!" Never once felt unsafe, even walking through town alone in the wee hours of the morning. Easily and enjoyably very walkable, even from one side of the city to the other (but you need comfortable walking shoes given the cobblestone streets laid in the 1850s). Great restaurants and pubs on every block, too numerous to mention except, perhaps, for the Irish pub called "Snug."

Antigua is a beautiful city with so much to do and so much to see! I walked all over the city at all times of the day and night! I never saw any danger or felt any danger! Antigua is very safe, different than Guatemala city! I did not go and I had no interest in going to Guatemala City. Antigua has everything!

Beautiful, perfectly located hostel in the city center of Antigua. Nice common areas, rooftop terrace with stunning view over the city and the surroundings, on clear days you can even see El Fuego erupt. Best breakfast we had in whole Central America, sweet and savory, freshly prepared. Staff is very helpful with booking tours and transportation. Doublebed was comfortable, room quiet. Water pressure in the shower could have been better, but was totally acceptable.
The art all throughout this hotel made it so unique and beautiful! And the rooms are equipped with everything you might need like a hair dryer, a fan, and even little snacks by the bedside. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, and I was so impressed that the manager reached out to me right after I booked with help from transportation to tours to simply giving me a friendly welcome to Antigua.
I enjoy my stay , the room was excellent the staff was friendly and knowledgeable about everything. The view from my room was breathtaking. It’s is in an excellent location in Antigua Guatemala. Also don’t forget to ask about the shuttle service. It’s so convenient and safe . It’s much less expensive than taking a taxi. Don’t miss out on the breakfast it is included 😀
Beauty. The garden is incredible. It is an easy walk to the town square. The rooms have fans and air conditioning. They are spacious and very clean. The staff is over the top marvelous. Helped with everything from transportation to Antigua information, the breakfast menu was perfect, etc. the staff speaks Spanish and English.
Such a beautiful hotel plus museums plus spa! This was the perfect place to stay after the volcano hiking. We stayed in one of the spa access rooms and it was so comfortable and lovely to be able to walk from our balcony down into the spa area! The huge jacuzzi in the spa was amazing. And the pool was lovely to relax by.
A quaint hotel with amazing staff. Rooms are basic, but are clean and met all our needs. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful, and helped arrange efficient and safe transportation to the airport. Breakfast was delicious and large enough to get us through until lunch. Overall a terrific stay!
Great clean hotel in a good location, breakfast was included and wonderful. Staff were really nice. It was very safe feeling too. I often left my door open and felt fine with that. Was a nice experience, lots of travelers. Pool is great for kids too.
The position of the hotel is really central, just a few meters from the Central park in Antigua. Rooms are sober and face and internal tough quiet corridor. It's a cheap structure among all offers in Antigua.
I found the bed really comfortable.
Lovely room and super host! Lupita and Alvaro were a friendly and nice couple, if you need anything like volcano hike or transportation, just ask them! Fair price and local guide ;)And you can see the Fuego from the terrace!
Everything!! Probably one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in in my life! Room, surroundings, staff, pool. The spa and the treatments are out of this world!! Amazing place
Great friendly staff. Very comfortable rooms, very pretty hotel, well decorated, lost of details. A high sense of intimacy. Great location. Quiet. Warm pool.
This hotel exceeded our expectations! So beautiful. The pool and grounds are kept exceptionally well. Yummy restaurant and very helpful front desk staff!
