Very friendly and approachable owners, the apartment was clean upon arrival and sufficiently large, with a big terrace overlooking the sea. The beach is right next to the apartment, and there are many restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The sea is calm and clean, and there is good Wifi. Additionally, shops, a pharmacy, a market with vegetables and fresh fish, and a butcher are all close to the apartment. There are beautiful walking paths. Prices in the preseason are reasonable. Great marina to sit/walk round looking at all the boats and dreaming. Also lovely old town to wander with plenty of restaurants. 2 headlands to explore and Dragon’s Eye Lake. This is a hidden gem! The view is spectacular! The spot is surrounded by water 90degrees. Many spots to enter and exit the waters. It is sheltered from currents so one can swim with ease. I would describe as tranquil. Host was on site and always willing to assist. Zecevo Rogoznicko is a very rural location. The small island Jaz is a little gem, just few meters to swim. If you seek for relaxation in an unspoiled nature without tourist masses (like Kamenjak/Premantura was about 20 years ago), this is the place to be. Full of details, indoor flowers, kitchen equipped above standard. Beautiful terrace, large dining table, TV in every room. We had a private beach with our own deckchairs, umbrella and the possibility to use small boats. The entrance to the sea is gradual, it is possible to order a taxi boat to Rogoznica. Just in front of the apartments’ building there is a taxi-boat 15 minutes ride to nearby bigger village of Rogoznica.
