Staff is friendly, unlimited dinner with a good selection of dishes, clean rooms, and there's a lovely spa as well. Plenty of parking space, and WiFi worked excellent too. You also get a breakfast, unfortunately I didn't have the time to try that out.

Good value for the money. The cave is 5 minutes walk, the centre too. Parking within the courtyard, just in front of the apartment. Very relaxing village atmosphere, birds singing in the morning. If you need additional towels, kitchen stuff, just ask the owner

    Tapolca is a small, charming town where the Mill Pond and the Lake Cave offer a truly unique experience. Romantic little cafés, restaurants, and shopping centers (yes, even a McDonald's) are also available, catering well to those with such preferences.

    The view was great. Very close to the park area.

    The view was great. Very close to the park area. Very clean and comfortable. The space around the toilet is tight, especially around the shoulder area where a wooden box juts out of the wall. I can't remember now, but the apartment is up 3 or 4 flights of stairs.

    Small rather typical Hungarian town with friendly people. Excellent place to stay if you want to enjoy Lake Balaton AND a small town's facilities AND beautiful excursions in the volcanic mountains surrounding the western part of the lake. You will have all this without the overpopulation now characteristic to the eastern part of Lake Balaton. Connection by car from Austria is easy and quick.

    Great place to visit.

    Great place to visit. Lovely stay in Gabriella Hotel, but Hotel Pelion was not so good. Would recommend visiting this area of Hungary. Locals are friendly and welcoming. Most places have easy access and you could manage without your own transport. Food is a big plus in Hungary too.

    This is an excellent location with a lovely and tidy apartment equipped with numerous kitchen and household appliances that are at your disposal, also with Coffee machine. Very comfortable bads. It is situated in a convenient area in the center of Tapolca, close to significant tourist attractions. Also a great stop in the way to Croatia or further places or just close to Balaton. We will definitely get back here! <3

    A lovely, well equipped apartment with a fabulous view. The apartment is ideally located a few minutes away from the centre of Tapolca where there are plenty of shops as well as the famous Cave Lake. Great communication from the owner and would definitely recommend a stay here. ( Note that there is no lift, so a few flights of stairs to go up).

    Perfect location near the city center and the Tapolca Cave (8 minutes by walk) but still in very calm neighbourhood. We travelled with three small kids - the room, bathroom and the kitchen was just great for the kids. We appreciated fully equipped kitchen and the tables outside as well.
