This hotel was a great place to stay. It is an older hotel with some upgrades. The rooms were quiet. The staff were wonderful. We had been put in a smaller double room the first night. I mentioned it to the front desk the next morning. They apologozed and moved us to a larger room with a street view as I had originally requested. They stated that on the first noght the hotel was very busy and that is why we unfortuately gave us a smaller room . The facilities were great and centrally located as the only hotel in town. We ADORED IT. We LOVED EVERYTHING about Blarney Mills Hotel and the town of Blarney. Te beds were comfortable, the food was delicious, the people were so friendly. For two retired American Tourists the town of Blarney, the castle, Blarney Mills Hotel and Restaurant were more than we hoped for. So much history, beautiful scenery and the gardens of Blarney Castle are acres and acres of beautiful gardens. You can walk for hours.
