Breakfast was adequate and the facility was not modernized. Advertised as a bed and breakfast but breakfast was continental, not an Irish breakfast. Reviews claimed to be a good family B&B but my family was separated as the facility had rooms across the street from each other.

A gem in the centre of the vibrant town of Listowel. The room and the hotel facilities were are a modernized version of a traditional grand hotel. The building had a sense of history, situated on the town square and backing on to the River Feale, close to the river path and Greenway.

Staff and property location were good. No common areas or lounges other than a small breakfast room. The property was a good value for the cost.
