We LOVED everything! Delores was an amazing hostess! Breakfasts were over the top. There was a lovely sitting area outside. Our room was cozy and clean. I would visit again and highly recommend this bnb.

Mostly we loved our hostess, Deirdre, and Fred! The room was most comfortable! The breakfasts were fabulous and the coffee was delicious! All the rooms were very warm and inviting! We loved the patio too! Everything was so clean and tidy! Highly recommend!

We came to Bunratty to attend the Medieval Banquet.
We came to Bunratty to attend the Medieval Banquet. This is well worth a visit. The food was great! I really enjoyed the Mead welcome drinks too! The staff who were serving our food were also the entertainment. The singing was absolutely fantastic! I sing in a Welsh choir, I was seriously impressed! They instrumentalists were also exceptional. The host was also very funny, so it was a great night! The castle is a fantastic attraction to visit and spend time with family and learn all about the medieval past. After the banquet we went into the village and visited the local pubs. What an exceptional warm welcome we received. Both pubs had musicians playing and singing! What a place to visit for a bit of authentic Irish entertainment.

Bunratty provided a close location to Shannon Airport necessary after an overnight flight. We dined at JP Clarks which is lovely and delicious. Dirty Nelly's was adorable, but we couldn't get service. Bunratty Folk Park is well worth a visit. This is a perfect way to start an Irish vacation.
This is a perfect way to start an Irish vacation. It is a short drive from the Shannon airport and the Bunratty Castle/folk museum is a great way to shake off jet lag. There is shopping and restaurants in town that are very good options.

He booked a reservation for us at O'Clarkes Country Pub (delicious) and recommended Durty Nelly's Pub. Our Party of 9 (my husband and I and our 4 kids and signicant others (all in their 20's)) loved the town of Bunratty. We tend to gravitate to smaller towns/villages to interact with the locals. He also recommended Bunratty Castle which we thoroughly enjoyed. The Guesthouse is very clean, the rooms are spacious.
