the Mehrangarh fort, the Umaid Palace was worth it. Some restaurants were good. Shopping is great if you have time to look at many stires. The tax drivers take a cut by taking you to their know shopping places - please avoid and do your own research. The Mehrangarh fort is amazing, you can spend a whole morning exploring it. Be sure to listen to the audioguide! Across town the Umaid Bhawan Palace is also spectacular, although a pity we could not list the hotel part due to a society wedding.
