The bed was so amazing that I didn't want to leave. Housekeeping was so attentive without being intrusive. Loved having the clothes washer and the rack to hang clothes. Secured parking.

We only spent one night there, transitioning from Taormina area toward our flight out of Catania airport the next day. The Palace Catania staff were very accommodating though. We had a 6 am flight out the next morning, so the front desk prebooked us a taxi for very early the next morning, and they arranged to breakfast bags to be ready for us. Truly, and wonderful staff!

The manager was very helpful, we arrived late and she sent us a video with instructions how to go in.
