It is very close to the airport and close enough to Palermo that we could take a day to explore it. The hostess was very kind and accommodating. She had some snacks and drinks waiting for us which was super helpful since we needed something to hold the kids over until we went to the grocery store. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The property it’s huge and beautifully decorated. It is very clean and the small city is charming. It was just me and my fiancé but this accommodation is suitable for a family of 4 easily. I am 100% recommending this property!

Cinisi is a rather small village mostly with rural properties and a main street with gas stations, small stores, and a restaurant. It is convenient for one night travelers. I would recommend staying there only if you need to catch a flight and avoid possible traffic jams from Palermo.

Mid-September is clearly end of the summer season.
Mid-September is clearly end of the summer season. Many shops, bars and restaurants were closed.
Palermo city centre is 50 minutes by bus. Approx one bus per hour.
The town square is very pretty.
The bakery is amazing and definitely worth a visit.
The train station 25 minutes away (walking).
The neighbouring town of Terrasini is definitely worth a visit and is walkable.

While I was only there about 15 hours, including a one night stay at the very nice TAM B & B, I did explore for a couple of hours. I ate one of the best burgers that I have every had at the Imperial Burger, just 2 streets from my B & B. I particularly liked the genuine friendliness of the residents that I came in contact with. I loved the beautiful streets, especially the one that housed Imperial Burger, because that street was lined with live orange trees full of fruit! You don't see that everyday.
I closing, I want to return and spend at least a weekend in this beautiful town.
Respectfully,

Our host, Davide, was exceptional in many ways.
Our host, Davide, was exceptional in many ways. He met us as we arrived, brought our vehicle to his garage (even gave up his parking space!) He gave us detailed information on the area (Ragusa) which we loved! The house was exactly what we needed - there were 5 of us (single women) and we each had our own bathroom and full bath on 3 levels! He owns a lovely area (the pool opens in June) across the street from our place, and we enjoyed late afternoon cocktails there. The kitchen was well-stocked (great coffee!) and the beds were very comfortable - with flat screen televisions in each room. Highly recommend!!!

We are very happy with service provided by the staff.
We are very happy with service provided by the staff. They are kind and helpful. Hey picked us up from the airport on time and dropping us off at the airport at the early hour of 5am with noe problem. We have nothing but praises for them.
The property is clean and the room is comfortable.
We stayed there for two nights before moving on to Malta and Palermo.
What a diamond in the rough! The rooms were fabulous with updated beautiful decor. They had biscuits in the room and I believe coffee. The view of the sea was amazing. We were traveling with another couple. Alecia (I think that was her name) was adorable in the morning and greeted us warmly. By the time we left the breakfast, my friend Issa and her were best friends. Even though there was a language barrier for sure, they communicated beautifully. She made our stay modt remembrance. Laughter is a great way to start your Italy vacation.
Our 2nd stay here. It's very convenient to the train station for Palermo or airport. The villa is super comfortable, lovely lounge, kitchen well equipped. But the best is the hosts. They think of everything you might need and supply it. Then they add many extras such as a bottle of wine. It's a short walk to the beach or restaurants and shops in Cinisi. A big thank you to Maria for picking us up and dropping back to train station and also finding us a great restaurant. Even an impromptu tour around. We'll be back!
Massimo (not Mario) was very kind and considerate and engaging. He loves his job, and the people that come through and his place. He takes pride in his hosting and it shows. We had an early flight and had to leave at an ungodly hour and Massimo was up and smiling and had already gotten us freshly baked croissants filled with pistachio creme! He is very attentive. His recommendation for dinner was excellent and close enough to walk. We had a lovely last night in Sicily at his B&B.
Hotel is located very close to Palermo airport, about 10km. It's great choose if you have early morning or late night flights.
Our room was spacy, clean. Good wi-fi. There is elevator, so it's easy to carry luggage. And there are parking lot near hotel.
Staring from 7am you can get italian breakfast - hot drinks, juces and some pastries.
Must admitt - there are great, local style restaurant - very tasty, fresh food.
For sure we will return here again.
Excellent customer service from friendly helpful owner. Flight got cancelled and this place was a godsend to spend 2 nights at. Close to airport yet also close to a small town with decent amenities and character (Cinisi) 5 mins walk, and then a 20-25min walk to pleasant seaside town of Terrasini. Owner also offered to collect and return to airport for half of what local taxis would charge. Pleasant room with air conditioning and great shower.
We were looking for a hotel near the airport because of an early morning flight, but we also wanted to be within a few minutes of the beach. The hotel met both our requirements, and the manager provided an early breakfast for us before our flight One of our rooms was small but had a nice patio, and the other was generously sized. Both were modern and nicely furnished. It's in a quiet neighborhood with easy parking.
Fantastic service, Angelo phoned the day before to clarify arrangements. We had a rental car, She advise driving to the hotel with our luggage and they would collect us to return to the hotel. The room was spotless. They arranged a lovely breakfast for us at 5.00 am before driving us to the airport for our early flight. They also gave us a free room upgrade. What more could you ask
The location is good, close to the beach. But without car, the nearest bar is just 1 and have croissants from time to time. Otherwise city with shops is a bit of a walk most of the time without sidewalks. The place is quite small, but just enough for one small family and everything necessary is there, even the washing machine. The terrace is very nice in the sunny days.
Very smart and modern hotel. Good size room with lots of wardrobe and drawer space. Loved the location in Corso Umberto, the main street in Cinisi, especially at night with the orange trees and lights lining the road all the way up to the piazza, the usual selection of Italian bars and a safe, friendly ambience everywhere. The staff were super friendly.
EVERYTHING!
The location, the place, the rooms, the village, the host!!
The rooms are fabulous, the location is perfect in the middle of Cinisi, close by to everything. The host is perfect, providing all you need and help with arranging taxi, offers breakfast and amenities to the room at all time!
I just wish we had stayed longer!
I chose the property because it was close to the airport and a very reasonable price.
I didn’t realise what a beautiful place Cinisi is, and the couple at Sunset cottage were really lovely! They took plenty of time to chat to us and we’re really friendly. The animals in the back garden were a special bonus.
Beautiful room and decorations, very kind owners who prepared a lovely breakfast for us. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable with a great shower. The village of Cinisi also has nice buildings. It's a great place to stay!
Cinisi Vacanze is a charming small hotel. The rooms have been renovated with an eye to comfort and style. I have stayed there a number of times and it is always a delight, even for a short visit.
We were the first guests at this brand new hotel. It is beautifully decorated with high quality items. You even get a choice of soft and firm pillows. The shower is huge and piping hot.
Everything. Host Salvatore was the best we have ever had. Place is beautiful. Breakfast is great. Location near airport not far from sights in Palermo.
