Super lovely family-run hotel. Very friendly and welcoming. A bit high on the price but was well worth it! They always were willing and eager to make you feel more comfortable. Nice gesture with the welcome drinks; immediately felt the warm welcome. The junior suite was super spacious and well decorated. Everywhere was clean and thought-through. Pool was nice and had a great view to the mountains. The breakfast was just PERFECT. Had a Laden dinner at the evening and was super delicious. Nothing much is near-by so it’s like a getaway hotel. But you could walk 15 mins up the hill to reach the village Centre if you want a night stroll or join the village folks in their beer time. If you have a car then it’s a plus, you can drive to many mountain hikes or mountain lifts.

Perfectly located near the cable car station. The staff was super friendly and helpful, we had to leave early on the morning of check out and the person in charge arranged for us to have a breakfast to go in a bag. Couldn't ask for a better service.

The property is old and charming. A perfect location for families with on premises daycare and ski school lessons. They had an indoor and outdoor play grounds and an indoor heated swimming pool. The resort style hotel is across the street from a large well connected Carezza Dolomites. Their is excellent public transportation that stops in front of the hotel that will take you to the closest town. it is a full service resort with breakfast and dinner provided. Dinner was your traditional four course meals all beautifully platted. They had two dinning rooms. One for younger families with small children so as not to disturb other guests. (That was us) . The staff was exceptional. Most of the guests were Italian or German. This is also a beautiful location for summer activities especially climbing, mountain biking and rafting. I participated in the sunset snowshoeing hike. We will stay their again with our Italian family.

Great location to ski & easy to get to the local slopes above the village. If you go further afield getting back from Canaze on the bus in the evening was very slow because of the departing day traffic. So I would advise getting earlier start back before the exodus at 4:30pm.

A comfortable in-town and inexpensive place for a night or two with a warm welcome and helpful information about the area! The entrance and stairway could use updating. Other than that, it has everything you’d need.
Such a cosy hotel with exceptionaly friendly but professional staff! The location was great to visit other places. The food was exceptional! Lots of parking outside and inside the garages! The hotel has an excellent heating system, and we were warm all the time in the room and throughout the hotel.
Swiming pool, big water slide for kids, jacuzzi, spa, and sauna all great, and we had lots of fun.
We are coming back to this hotel soon.
Big regards and thanks to: Boris, Bora, Pera, Marco, Gaia , Giada, Edo (all lovely hotel staff)
The owner lives in the apartment building and went out of his way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. He also helped us with our transfer to the bus station!! he was always reachable in case we needed some help on our first ever wintersport vacation.
The kids loved making use of the sledges and the location is great, just a brisk walk out of the center of Vigo di Fassa, a little uphill. There are busses stopping here as well. the apartment had everything we needed.
The apartment itself is lovely and had all of the functionality that we required. The broadband was unfortunately down in the area when we arrived but the hosts very kindly gave us a replacement router on a different service.
It is a short walk to the local restaurants and the ski lift in Vigo di Fassa. We particularly liked Pizzeria Ristorante La Grotta. All in all we had a great time and would definitely stay in the apartment again.
The Hotel is designed in a unique and stylish way, very modern and neat. The slopes are literally in front of the door, which is amazing. The rooms were decently spacious and beds comfortable. Also, the spa is a bit small but clean and offers what you can expect (the complementary dried apples were amazing!!) the breakfast buffet was not huge but of good quality and taste
The room was spacious, and the view from the windows was truly fantastic. We also appreciated the friendly atmosphere in the hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed the wellness spa. Although the ski area located just 50 meters away from the hotel is relatively small, some of the slopes are truly worthwhile, especially the one that leads back to the village.
Great hotel location, easy access to the ski resorts and mountains. Comfy room, pet friendly. A bit dated but not a big deal, still clean and well maintained. Free parking. Easy access to the owner and staff via phone. Check in flexibility.
Good location, close to walking paths.
Suites are equipped with the kitchen.
Owner Rosanna is very friendly, polite and helpful.
Big advantage of the hotel is a sauna.
Good breakfast, big choice of the pastries.
Lot of parking space.
Excellent service. Excellent spa. Great room (jr suite) with a fantastic view. Dinner was very good and great value. We celebrated my fiancés 30th birthday there and could now be happier with our choice of hotel. We'll be back next summer.
For a pair of skiers this hotel is close to the mark! The ski bus stops 10 m from the front door, and skis and boots are stored in a separate room with a workbench available. The atmosphere is homey and the staff are very kind and helpful.
I loved the location. The view was great and I would have rather stayed up higher and look over the beautiful view than stay in the valley. Plus, the food was excellent so there was no reason to eat anywhere but the hotel restaurant.
One of the best hotels I have being in my whole life, the service is exceptional awesome, the food was great, and the facilities was great as well.
Definitely going to back!
Very nice hotel, very clean (rooms were cleaned daily), super welcoming staff and good breakfast. Really good position also - ski bus station is literally across the street.
Lovely alpine hotel with comfortable rooms and offering exceptional breakfast served on the beautiful terrace overlooking the mountain. Host was extremely kind and helpful.
The location is really nice, the room was clean, cosy and the matresses was comfortable.
