I couldn’t believe the value of this room with amazing staff, an in-room sauna and a personal porch with a view of the towering peaks at sunset. Unbelievable! The management is having staff issues (like every other business), but it was not evident in our experience.

Great atmosphere of the place created by the owners and staff. You feel like a real guest of the family. Amazing food - we had breakfast and dinner both were delicious and there was a huge variety of options. I have not eaten that many great Italian specials in one week ever. Professional SPA area - outdoor pool with warm water was my favorite option after a day of skiing. Perfect Location - The hotel is in a quiet part of town but everything is within walking distance. The SKI Shuttle offered by the hotel makes getting to the ski slope quick and very comfortable. Valentines Evening - the hotel prepared special decorations and menu for this special day. I was impressed by creativity, passion and heart they all have putted in arranging this.

What an amazing trip we had. Everyone made us feel like family from the moment we checked in up until we checked out. Colin, Joana, Florenz, house cleaning, dining staff, bar tender, pool staff, and the DJ were amazing and always smiling. Breakfast - everything was wonderful. We had Christmas Eve and Christmas dinner and both were mouth watering delicious. Our niece was allergic to nuts which was a concern for us but Joana and the dining staff were exceptional in ensuring there were no nuts in her food and explaining what she could have from the breakfast bar. Oh, we did the wine tasting which was very cozy, meat and cheese delicious, and the wine was exceptional. Joana did a wonderful job explaining the flavors and what meat/cheese paired with the wine. The hotel was clean, very warm and inviting, and the food was fabulous. This was such a memorable trip, thank you to everyone at Hotel Trento. Very clean room with good wifi connection and I didn't use the TV but it was much bigger than what I'm used to in hotels. Very friendly (English speaking!) staff and it was great to sit down in the pool in the afternoon to ease my sore muscles and watch the sun slowly disappear behind the mountains. Big parking lot with at least two charging stations for e-vehicles.
