Hotel President, hotel in Marsala

Hotel President is comprised of 2 modern and functional buildings, with a sun terrace with swimming pool to the back, and a free parking area in front.

The hotel is in a quiet location with private parking. Close to the train station to visit Trapani and to the port to visit the islands. The breakfast was continental with a good selection of Italian pastries. I liked the fruit selection. We had a huge room with a balcony overlooking the pool area. On one occasion we had dinner at the hotel restaurant and they served very good food.

Marsala is a lovely city with much to do.

Marsala is a lovely city with much to do. This where Marsala is made and organising a tasting at a winery is reccommended. They have amazing salt ans for producing an excellent mineral salt. Because of the high winds, Marsala is the perfect place for kite surfing and there are many schools. Great seafront and beaches. Lovely downtown area with inexpensive and interesting menus. Easy to park compared to other areas of Sicily I enjoyed it and a stay of 2 to 3 night are recommended. Stay longer to travel on days trips to Trapani or Zingara Coast.

Marsala and the surroundings with Mazara, Trapani, Erice are wonderful. Wine, food, kite surf, Stagnone and the Salt Museum are all unique attractions of this interesting area. Not considering the islands, Segesta, Selinunte, Castellammare and the Zingaro Protected Area.

In Marsala, the city center mainly features rocky beaches, with several boat harbors and a ferry harbor nearby. As a result, sandy beaches are quite far away from the city center. The historical center is interesting, consist of a few pedestrian streets, there are multiple cafes and shops.

Marsala is a very traditional Sicilian small town on the Western coast of Sicily. Is less than an hour's bus ride from Trapani-Marsala airport. Public transport is decent in Sicily and people are extremely friendly from the airport staff to any stranger you come across. Prices in Marsala are usually lower than in the rest of Italy and Sicily all together is just dreamy.

Comfortable aparthotel in a beautifully renovated old building in the centre of Marsala. Spacious rooms with large bathroom and stunning, private terrace, which we loved…the photos don’t do it justice! Lovely staff in reception. Apartment very clean and serviced daily. Useful, well-appointed kitchenette within sitting room gave us everything we needed for pleasant stay. Comfortable bed and good quality linens. Parking easy enough on street. Hotel well-positioned for easy stroll to all shops, restaurants, art gallery and museum.

Excellent location just two steps from the beautiful centre of Marsala, and overlooking a private courtyard, so very peaceful. We had a generously sized room on the top floor, with our own terrace, and ate breakfast with other guests round a table on a lower terrace. The breakfast was excellent with fresh fruit, yoghurt, fresh bread and cake and ample coffee. Our hosts were very helpful chatty and cheerful, and contributed to our having a very pleasant stay in Marsala. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice and homey place to stay in Marsala. The breakfast they prepared for us was delicious, and Arcangelo gave us great recommendations for our stay there and also for the rest of our roadtrip. We had a flat tire in the rental car and he helped us lead by phone with the rental car agency and found a repair shop to get the tire fixed as soon as possible so we could continue with our trip, he accompanied us the whole time until the situation was solved, for that we are very grateful :)

Araucaria is a very nice place located near to Marsala and Trapani Airport. When you are there, you can spend some time in the beautiful garden composed by Agrumi's and olive's tree. The host Giuseppina make you feel like home and advice you regarding the place where you can find good food and good places nearby. I hope to come back as soon. Highly recommended 😊

A well situated apartment, easy to enjoy Marsala, restaurants and the surroundings. We had 2 electric bikes with us, we managed to get them into the large apartment. I worked remotely from the apartment and the connection was very good. My wife spent the days bicycling around, finding the beaches which were ok to swim for a Finn even in November :)

The Villa is beautiful, three steps from the laguna with a marvellous sunset view. It is close to Marsala (10 mins) and loads of amazing restaurants. Our son loved playing in the garden and we loved reading in the patio with an exquisite view of the sea. Strongly recommend it - keen to come back on our next sun break!
