Apartment within a very quiet condominium context. The house is on two levels. On the lower floor there are two bedrooms, one double, a bathroom, a large living room and a terrace with a magnificent view of the Gulf of Tigullio. On the upper floor there is an additional bedroom with another bathroom where there is also a washing machine. The space The house is very comfortable with nice sofas and a large dining area. Outside, on the terrace, a pergola with a table for outdoor dining. There is also a nice stereo system and wi-fi internet accessible throughout the house and unlimited gigs. Large TV if you really don't want to enjoy the beauty of Santa Margherita in the evening. Guest access The apartment is completely available to our guests Other things to note There is a convenient garage a few meters from the entrance of the condominium. In the case of SUVs or large cars, parking on the street is recommended. In this case at the road split instead of taking the right, take the left and park after the curve very close to wall on the right hand side. A tax fee of 2 euro per person over 15 yrs old (up to 10 days) shall be paid in cash at the check in for our delegate to pay the local taxes.
The house is located in Santa Margherita Ligure on a hill. Santa Margherita Ligure is a very elegant small village near Portofino. You can wait for the boats to return from the fishing days and buy the freshest fish at the market. You can take beautiful walks in the direction of Portofino and enjoy the beautiful Ligurian sea. Move around the area The walk to the center of Santa Margherita is about 15/20 minutes. At 350 meters. the bus stop. At 500 meters. supermarket, bars, restaurants, shops, newsagent and church. The nearest beach is 1.5 km away.
