The staff are the best - so helpful and friendly
The view is phenomenal and we spent much of our days just at the property enjoying the view in our lounge chairs, watching the sunset, hanging on the beach which is only a 2 minute walk away.

Capoliveri itself is a small historical town that has its spirit, genius loci. Great to spend a day on some of the nearby beaches and evening in the town, walking through historical streets, visiting plenty of cozy shops and having a good dinner for reasonable money.

Beautiful Views and easy to get around.
Much better off the resort. We went to Porto Azzuro and spent some time in their little town. Was fun to have some action. Had an awesome lunch at Mario’s in barbaressco camping sight. Was hard to find but worth it.

It is one of the best places in Elba.
It is one of the best places in Elba. You can get quickly everywhere you want (with car). As it is on the hill, the view is magnificent. The city is full of restaurants, small authentic shops. A lot of culture (we where there during Opera festival). Very nice architecture - classical narrow streets, smaller squares etc.
Many very nice beaches nearby - Innamorata was probably the best, but there are so many other and great.
Parking is easy, but in the evening it is better to park near cemetery and take a free bus (or walk few minutes - it is a small city).
The only "darker" side is, that it is too light even during late night - if you want to see stars, there is too much light smog :-(
Otherwise great, great and great again :-)

Fantastic bike riding! Do NOT miss the chance to do this.
Fantastic bike riding! Do NOT miss the chance to do this. Several bike rental places in the heart of town, and great access to loads of trails. We rented e-bikes for our family (kids 14 and 10), and did the big loop.
Great food! Plenty of cute restaurants in town. Lo Sgarbo is great .... get there early! It was one of our favorite restaurants this trip!
Rent a car. Do not try to get a ride with a taxi.... too many good places to go! We rented a car form a great little spot right near the marina.

Beautiful, historic town with wonderful view to the see, little streets to discover, nice restaurants, concerts in some evenings on the main square. Don't miss it if you spend a vacation on Elba island!
We enjoyed the stay so much, we extended the stay with two days even though we had something else booked. The location provides a beautiful view over the Naregno Beach and bay. You can walk down to Naregno beach in a very relaxed 10-15 minute walk, which we did most of the days to meet the Stefano Sub boat at the pier for diving. That beach was also great for the kids. The host was very helpful and responsive. The nearby town of Capoliveri was lovely and everyone was just so friendly. We loved it.
This accommodation exceeded our expectations. It is a quiet place, ideal for a family holiday, as well as for a group of friends.
The owners are very nice and helpful people, they respond to questions quickly.
The pool with the view to the mountains is amazing, the outside seating with the grill too. The grocery store is 4 minutes away by car.
I would like to recommend you visit the city Capoliveri, especially for dinner or icecream, the sunset is breathtaking!
The location on the hilltop of Capoliveri, just a block from the shops, cafes and gelaterie, is wonderful. The view out to the countryside and sea, from the wall across from the apartment entrance, is spectacular. There is a dedicated parking spot just a short walk away -- travelers' cars are otherwise not permitted in the city centre. The owner/host, Antonella, is very helpful, friendly, accommodating, and enthusiastic. A great place to stay in Elba!
The location is beautiful, perfect for its private beach and for exploring the two nearby towns of Porto Azzurro and Capoliveri, each ten minutes away. Since beach parking is very difficult to find, staying right on the beach is important.
The staff is very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to give practical advice. Rooms are spacious, there was lots of choice for breakfast and excellent covered parking.
Wonderfully located with a stunning ocean view just a few steps away from the centre of Capoliveri. Villa Gaia offers a shady garden and we loved it. Enjoying mostly the outdoor we didn’t worry about the outdated furniture inside since the bathroom was clean and the kitchen offered all you need! Very nice hosts - always available if help is needed and welcoming us with open arms. Will be back!
The staff at Hotel Dino were so kind and welcoming. Everyone was both helpful and thoughtful and made our stay with our 18 month old more comfortable. The food was wonderful well priced and the location was ideal as there were two beaches (one private for the hotel and one open to outside visitors) available with sunbeds and umbrellas for rent.
We loved the house and the garden, the privacy and the view. Our dog had the best time running in the garden. It was also very quite around the place.
It's also a good location, very close to the beautiful town Capoliveri.
The host Danielle and his Cousin were super friendly. Danielle gave us a lot of good hints about the island.
Michaela and Silvio are gracious hosts. We appreciated that Silvio met us outside of the city center and guided us to the apartments, showing us two different paths. We rented their smallest apartment but it was plenty of space for two of us and was well laid out. Be sure to wander around the city of Capoliveri - it is adorable!
The hotel room was more like an appartment - lots of space, a small kitchen, a balkony with a table and chairs. Breakfast was very nice with lots of fruits. The hotel was nearby the beach - approximately 25 meters appart. Umbrella and deck chair were included. 10/10 would come again. Parking place for Car included.
The hotel personnel was so helpful and friendly when we needed a doctor.
The location is very nice, looking down on the beach. In October the beaches were not full.
It's nice to have the choice between a 4 course menu and a la carte for dinner. The breakfast buffet was very good.
Silvia was amazing! She had great recommendations and made us feel right at home. The room was huge with everything we could’ve ever needed for a comfortable stay on Elba. Location was perfect too, just a few minutes walk to the beach. Will definitely be back!
location was perfect 👍🏽, close to the old lively town of Capoliveri (shops/restaurants/entertainment). nice view on the sea 🌊. Spacious well equipped garden. Warm welcome & host contact including island explication
Absolutely nothing about this property is positive, I wouldn't book this stay. If you are thinking of going on holiday I would not book this hotel, no regard or care for their guests.
Beautiful appartment with an amazing view! Perfect place for exploring the area around Capoliveri and enjoying the sunset on the wonderful front porche. Very friendly hosts!
The location is actually nice, near the Capoliveri (only 3 km) and Inammorata beach is right infront of you.
The onsite restaurant is great with nice and polite staff.
