The location. It is pretty close to the train station. It is clean and safe and modern. The bed is comfortable. There is a safe. The shower was nice. We could walk to the duomo or take the subway. It was easy. There are a lot of restaurants nearby including breakfast. Has an elevator and stairs.

Qayyum (one of the men who worked in the lobby) went above and beyond his duties in helping us during our stay there. We were unsure how to navigate the metro and subway system and he assisted us after he got off work, making sure we made it on the right route. We were truly amazed and blessed.
