Mid june: For people looking for peace and nature, dont go on a weekend. It was a display of high end cars and super noisy and swarmed with ppl.
But Tre Cime was so so great. I would love to return in summer, I couldnt finish my desired trail due Snow (mid june)... the amouint of ppl on the trail was just enough. But maye it is worthy suffering the initial flow and hope that not so many follow the furthst hiking trails.

This is a luxury ski town.
This is a luxury ski town. If you are coming to do any casual shopping, this is not your area unless casual to you means Prada or Gucci. Also, there is virtually no apres or nightlife, however there are some really great restaurants.

A bit busy for a tourist destination, lots of heavy traffic on the main road that leads to the old city center.
Lots of places to eat and shop, but not many places to walk around, at least in the winter.

This is a great place for a ski holiday fantastic skiing and huge range of places to eat and bars and a cornucopia of high end shops to browse the mountains are divine. I am sure it would be just as goos as a walking holiday destination in spring summer and autumn. Despite the glizzy reputation there is something for everyone here and the town is a great place to wander about in.

It's a nice and quite rich village.
It's a nice and quite rich village. The city centre offers a lot of luxury shops. It's located just 20min by car to the Tres Cimes and close to the ski slopes. We went there End of October, which is in between their main seasons. A lot of bars and restaurants and even hotels were closed during this time. It's nice to explore the nature around this time, but you need to be aware that huts and a lot of facilities are closed.

The B&B was recently renovated, quite modern still with some warm wood fixtures to keep up with the "Ampezzano" style with a minimalistic modern twist. The great architect said "God is in the details".... probably God was not here for long! Then again overall it's a cool place to stay and the art on the walls is quite appropriate: modern and mountain/nature inspired. Breakfast was included in my rate and food was of good quality and portions generous. Loved the Chromecast feature on the room TV!!
A cute old-fashioned hotel with great view from the balcony. We had a bed type mix-up (queen v. twin beds) but the staff handled it reasonably well even if it took several hours to resolve it (we went to the city center for a dinner while they tried to figure out what to do with us) and we got the requested and confirmed bed in the end. A decent breakfast buffet even if we had to request an espresso/cappuccino while other, Italian speaking guests, were asked automatically.
Best place we stayed at during our month-long visit to Italy. The building is newly constructed or renovated. Our junior suite was large with wood paneled walls, a large bathroom with walk-in shower stall and two balconies overlooking the mountains. The room was clean when we arrived and cleaned nicely every day. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast served was very good. The hotel is located close to the town centre. And, free parking if needed.
The staff were extremely hospitable and could speak English which was relieving for an American such as myself. The hotel was VERY clean and the aromatherapy in the hallways and room were a pleasant touch. I enjoyed the breakfast which was more than I was expecting and it made for good fuel before my hikes. A perfect stay (4 days, 3 nights) for my first (and hopefully not last) time in Cortina d'Ampezzo.
The breakfast was really tasty and fresh, I had rolls and ham/cheese every day. The rooms were large and comfortable too. The hotel is a short walk to the main area where you can go to some lovely restaurants/shops. There are great services in the area, we had our skis delivered to the hotel and collected again with snow service. We were also able to get the cortina express straight from venice airport.
The location is excellent, right next to the ski trails. If I go to ski to Cortina again, I will definitely stay in this hotel. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel restaurant was excellent food options at a very good price (no need to drive to Cortina for dinner). The rental shop within is hotel is great and Nicola (the owner) was very helpful). Great experience
The location is perfect walking distance to the bus station. The concierge were very friendly as well as the lady in the breakfast who is very friendly and enthusiastic in striking a conversation (except the guy who doesn’t even say hi or say good morning at all). The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also good aspect of the hotel. I highly recommend Hotel Regina.
Staff, hotel, breakfast... Everything was great, staff assistance for all our questions, transportation to Cortina, room upgrade to 5 torri view 🪟 nice terrace, lot of space for one family
Room was spacious, duplex with big terrace, nice furniture
Excellent breakfast

Great location for an overnight stay as it's just by the station, a short walk from the old town. Room was clean, breakfast was good - staff were amazing!
I left my watch at the hotel and had to run for the train, hotel manager found me at the station and handed it back to me at the last minute!
Hotel is comfortable with ample parking space and only 6 mins away from centre. It offers a very good breakfast with a nice selection of food and pastries. The staff were very professional and they walked the extra mile to please all guests.
The location was great--an easy walk to lots of restaurants and shopping. The room was cozy and comfortable, and Simonetta at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. Can't believe it's only rated as a three star hotel.
The location was amazing. We traveled to cortina to ski and the bus picked us up right outside the hotel and brought us to the mountain. It was also a very short walk into town. We loved it
The staff were 10/10!! Paolo did everything he could to look after us and make us feel like home. This hotel is what service should be like everywhere. Absolutely loved it.
Amazing hotel with great design and an extraordinary spa! The inside pool is insane! Also the rooms are very beautiful and the bed is very very comfortable
