    We loved the owners of the hotel that we stayed at but as...

    We loved the owners of the hotel that we stayed at but as for the town it was a dump with all due respect! It was way out of Naples and access to the beach is impossible without a car, not much affordable transport options in Italy. I would not return to Varcaturo and probably not Italy for that matter. This experience has put us off! The owners of our hotel are the only reason we would consider returning to Italy due to there warm hospitality but sadly wouldn’t stay there again solely due to the location.

    The hotel facillities were good, hotel itself looks nice same as the photos. Reception was opened 24h mostly the staff was helpfull and nice eventhought they dont speak english very well they trIed to help us. The hotel itself would be great value for money if it was somewhere else. It has a nice family vibe. In the morning we got corneto and coffee as breakfast. I would say the hotel is great if you travel by car and just have to stop overnight. There was very nice guy who took us to the trainstation by car.

    Everything was so clean the staff were absolutely amazing went above and beyond nicest hotel I’ve been to where customer service was priority they helped with everything. They were so kind and friendly. And we’re amazing with my 1 year old. One of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve been to many hotels but this one’s serviced was top tier. I cant put into words how lovely everyone was and everything was.

    The hotel was up to date and spotless everywhere . A great location 5 minutes from the beach which were also excellent. The staff were really helpful and friendly BIG SHOUT OUT TO NAOMI! Who was great👍 I would recommend this hotel for families and couples. Can't fault the swimming pool also spotless and cleaned every morning Breakfast was also excellent. I would stay again.

    Booked an economy room but without knowing we were offered to stay in a Superior room for free. The staff of hotel are super helpful and the hotel is kept very clean and the room is super clean with all the comforts needed. Extremely professional, friendly, and extremely polite staff, especially Tony & Raffaele whom they were very very helpful.

    This was perfect staying. The staff is extremely kind and helpful against any request or question. The facilty was clean, room well equipped and w/ daily room cleaning/fresh towels service. They speak good English. There is a bar within the hotel, and some other hospitality facilities and a supermarket close by. I will come back when I am around.

    The hotel was nice and cozy, private, silent place. It is located close to the sea and beach, but it also has a clean and refreshing pool. The rooms and facilities were clean, perfect! The breakfast was good and rich. Friendly, helpful and English speaking reception, available all the time. Good restaurants around the corner. We loved it!

    Well placed family owned hotel! The staff is really nice and international! You will be just 30 minutes away from Naples but without the chaos of the parking! Also Giovanni is the best advisor about restaurants in the area! Always happy to help and fix whatever you are looking forward to eat!

    The hotel has a pool, the large semi-covered car park and it is comfortable and quiet. Wi-Fi is good, rooms are practical, comfy and clean. I liked the courtesy of all the staff, the low rates, the balcony, small fridge on the the room. OK breakfast

    The staff were very nice and polite. Very kind on entrance and exiting the hotel. The main entrance to the Hotel was very nice and clean. The owner was very kind and his young son on the reception desk was extremely nice and professional.
