This modern apartment is located on the ground floor inside a recently renovated courtyard, with independent entrance and free private parking space. The property is part of a complex of four adjacent apartments of the same property. It consists of a bedroom with two single or double beds, bathroom with shower, living room with two single beds, functional and well organized kitchenette. You will find all the comforts such as fridge, freezer, oven, kettle, soundproof windows, mosquito nets, independent heating, air conditioning and free wi-fi. For the cleaning of our apartments, we collaborate with a company specializing in the sanitization of environments by following the protocols dictated by the experts of the control and prevention centers (CDC) and health and government organizations. A few days before check-in, guests will receive a link to fill in their ID details, sign a contract with the house rules, and pay the tourist tax (which is not collected by Booking).

Neighborhood info

The courtyard is surrounded by greenery and is very peaceful. It is perfect for a business trip and for its proximity to the Fair, for a family who wants to visit Milan while remaining out of the chaos of the city or for those who need to work from home in an intimate and nice environment. You can use the cycle path to reach the New Rho Fiera Exhibition Center on foot, which is 2 km from the entrance of the Corte Borromeo. The Rho Fiera metro stop, through which you can easily reach the center of Milan in 20 minutes, is about 2 km away. A convenient shuttle service to / from the Fair or to the airports is available to guests.
