Admire the view of Trapani as you dine on the terrace at Hotel Elimo, set in the heart of the picturesque, mountain village of Erice in northwestern Sicily.
In the heart of the pretty, historic, little village of Erice, this charming hotel enjoys fantastic views of the Mediterranean coast from Bonagia to San Vito lo Capo.

The location is perfect. Right in the heart of all the attractions, shopping and restaurants. The taxi dropped us about 500 ft from the front door which was super convenient.
Just 984 feet from Erice Castle, Antico Borgo Erice is set on the main street of this historical town. This characteristic stone building offers rooms and an apartment, each with a balcony.

Antico Borgo is better than the pictures. Super cute and clean. Everything you need, with the staff close by. Great location. The restaurants and bakeries on the street are great, and lots of shops. The castle is a short walk up the street and there’s a breathtaking view on either side toward Marsala and toward San Vito Lo Capo.
Only 328 feet from the rocky beach, Orlando Vacanze Camere is 0.6 mi from Pizzolungo in Sicily. It offers air-conditioned accommodations, a terrace and a 24-hour reception.
LEO APPARTAMENTI con vista panoramica features air-conditioned accommodations in Erice. Featuring mountain and garden views, this apartment also comes with free Wifi.
Very old town with many things to see.
Many restaurants for all kinds of food.
Since Erice is high up in the mountains, there are few level areas. Great for keeping in shape! You cannot get lost. It's a small town. Evenings get cooler, so bring a jacket if you plan to eat on a terrace.

The community has a nice offer for 12 Euro to enter all churches and monuments in the village. It can easily keep you busy and running around for a day in the village. A bus from/to the village from Trapani is 2,90 Euro and takes about 45 min. The Funivia (cable car is 6,50 Euro and takes about 20 min + the local AST 21 or 23 bus to take you there for 1,40 Euro). I saved one cable car ride for the last evening just as an experience enjoying the sunset views and using it as a way to reach the village late. The last bus from Trapani is 17.30 the last cable car around 20.00.

Apartment is located in the center of the old town, which is very nice. What we didn't like is a horrible and continuous noise coming from the water pomp, that we heard in our room. It was impossible to relax with this sound. Moreover we booked an apartment with a kitchen, which we didn't have. The host told us it was put in the add by mistake.

It's a fascinating medieval town where we spent many hours, we also had a lovely lunch at the convent restaurant.
We also went on the cable car with its fantastic view of Trapani below. There was actually nothing to do at the bottom so be went back up to Erice!

Erice is a mountain found in the limits of Trapani.
Erice is a mountain found in the limits of Trapani. You can access it by car or cable car, I would suggest using the cable car as it is more comfortable. The road leading to the top of the mountain is quite long and full of sharp bends. The village on top of Mount Erice is picturesque, every alley has its own character, some of them with sea views and other with country views. There is a public garden that it’s a must to visit with the view of Castello del Balio, Torretta Pepoli and Castello di Venere. The place is wonderful.
Very good location (even with a car) right next to the Porta Carmine. We arrived with the cableway (8mins walking from the station to the hotel). The staff is very kind and helpful. Nice breakfast with homemade sweets. Rooms are big, clean with pleasant furniture. The bathroom helps you to feel more relaxed. Don't miss the chance to stay in the place while visiting the great village of Erice!
Loved the location and the views from our window. Staying in a former convent felt good; nice, comfortable furniture outside the rooms were good for relaxing with friends. Easy to walk into town. We'd definitely stay there again. The beds and pillows were comfortable, too.
The evening fog coming up the mountain was atmospheric and wonderful. Erice is in a world of its own.
Antonio was great, very helpful, very professional, accommodating and knowledgeable.
The hotel is beautiful, very unique and fits perfectly in this little picturesque medieval town.
Our morning walk to the Spanish quarter had stunning views and was so worth the stay.
Dinner at the restaurant was excellent.
Thank you for a great experience.
the photos do not do this place justice. it is gorgeous and very large. lots of space to enjoy your stay. great for families. there are lots of animals, amazing gardens and walking paths. perfect to use as a base and take road trips from. the beaches are very close too. downtown Trapani is about ten minutes drive away.
The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home. The host was communicative and supremely helpful in giving advice for places to go. The neighbourhood is very conveniently located , few minutes away from the cable car which takes you to Erice. Would absolutely recommend staying there!
The view from the room is breathtaking and the hotel is very well located just a few meters away from Castello di Venere and the city centre. There is free parking nearby which is impossible to find in Erice. Hotel staff were very nice and accommodating to our needs.
The hosts were so warm and welcoming, helping us find parking, helping us with our luggage, and gifting us bottles of wine and traditional local foods. We couldn't have asked for a better location or a more comfortable stay in beautiful Erice.
The location was in the countryside but there is a bus from Trapani to Ballata. The host helped me a way to which buses to take to go to Erice, Segesta. Hospitality was excellent and I felt at home.when you are open
Massive! Well supplied with appliances. Loads of room. Nice garden. Friendly owner. Clean & tidy. Good cooker. Loved the cats! Safe parking. Quiet & nice location close to cable car to Erice & countryside.
The staff was exceptional. The view was amazing. The hotel has a wonderful kooky charm. On my Sicilian holiday, I didn’t expect to cozy up to a blazing fire and share drinks with fellow travellers.
The hotel , the rooms and everything is better in real , the pictures on booking are really old and not good.
Also there is AC in some rooms even if it's missing from the picture and description.
Modernised appartment in old building in the heart of (no cars) mountain top village Erice, on 700 m elevation. Perfect place to explore (touristic) Erice, enjoy the views of the city walls.
Everything absolutely fantastic. The house, facilities, location and most of all the host Luigi, who’s super friendly and gave us great recommendations. We’ll definitely return to Erice.
The hosts were lovely and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was served on the terrace and was delicious. The location was close to restaurants and sights in Erice.
