Property info

Struttura posizionata in mezzo al verde, lontana da strade trafficate e caos acustico, a 5 minuti dal mare raggiungibile in macchina. Adatta a chi ha voglia di rilassarsi e famiglie con bambini, dotata di un'ampia zona verde con piscina (profondità da 0 a 1.5 metri) una vasca idromassaggio ( profondità 50 cm), sdraio e ombrelloni. Zona Barbecue a disposizione degli ospiti su prenotazione con tavolo esterno. Dal 2021 nei pressi della struttura n.2 campi di padel, con sconto del 20% per i nostri ospiti.

Neighborhood info

Selenite si trova in una zona residenziale, circondata da alberi di limoni, nei dintorni ci sono per lo più ville con giardino. Il mare è raggiungibile con un breve giro di macchina, il centro di Capo d'Orlando dista 3,5 km . Consigliamo la macchina o la moto per raggiungerci, in quanto i mezzi pubblici sono ridotti e con orari limitati.
