**Amazing Stay in a Great Location with Exceptional Staff** We recently stayed at Palazzo Vecchio, and our experience was outstanding! The location is perfect, within easy reach of major attractions and local gems, making it an ideal spot for exploring Taormina. What truly made our stay memorable, though, was the incredible staff. Antonio, Salvatore, and Claudio went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their warm hospitality, helpful suggestions, and attention to detail made a world of difference. We highly recommend Palazzo Vecchio and look forward to returning on our next trip!

The property is located on the main pedestrian area and is close to all the major sites. Yet, it has excellent doors and widows that shut out the noise from the street. It is tastefully decorated and appointed with all the usual amenities. The hostess was very welcoming and helpful.

Everything and everyone. An exceptional property with a terrific view and excellent restaurant. The rooms are spacious and beautiful each with a wonderful terrace. There is a shuttle service down to Taromjna town so you don’t miss a thing.

Everything!!! It’s beautiful … speechless beautiful, like heaven. Also they have a sister hotel you can take the transfer easily access to… also beautiful with a nice beach.

Very good location. Abit of an uphill walk from the main square but free shuttle is provided every hour. Fantastic staff and rooms. All in all 10 on 10

Location is perfect, on a small hill a few steps from the main street but seems magically away. Staff super friendly, attentive and enthusiastic. View of Etna from our balcony but also from breakfast room and terrace lounge.

Great stay! The room is so nice with a balcony. There is a pool and breakfast in the morning. Easy to get anywhere with bus stop at bottom of the hill. Close to train station but if you have lots of bags easier to uber or cab.

It was beautiful and clean. The gentleman who checked us in was very helpful. This was an impromptu stay, as we already had a hotel in Messina reserved. But, since we were tired from hiking in Mt. Etna we thought we’d stay one night. We looked at this hotel online and felt it had charm. It did not disappoint AND it had a wonderful breakfast. We hope to come back to Taormina next year, and if we do, this is where we will stay. We loved it!

The view from the balcony is spectacular, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the room is clean and well-maintained.

Great location. Good restaurants, bars and stores at walking distance. Everything was clean and have a fantastic breakfast. All the ladies that help in the morning with the breakfast were great. Orange juice machine a plus

Everything!! The house is impecable and beautiful, the room incredible and so the diferent areas of the house. The kitchen is amazing and the atention we receive by Giussepe was insuperable!!!!

Amazing location, the hotel is placed almost on the main pedestrian street (just a few stairs up). The hotel is delightful and the room was top-notch clean. The host is amazing, he gave us some useful tips and information related to the area. The book exchange library is a nice addition. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was nice and clean. Our stay at this hotel was delightful.

Fantastic location. Breakfast has an incredible view of Mt Etna and the water. Staff does an amazing job with recommendations and making sure you are taken care of.
