Location and views are great, gardens are beautiful, breakfast was great , bar was was really good. A/C good but not great (coming from US) Staff very friendly and responsive. It is right next to the lift for the beach and ferries. Comments have stated run down but we didn’t feel that way at all and we are picky. it is a historic building and the decor reflects this.

I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Sorrento. The staff is excellent, since they are all very kind and very friendly. The cleaning service in the rooms is also very professional and efficient. Also, breakfast is delicious, since it offers local products and daily-made food. Last but not least, the rooftop pool and solarium are ideal to relax in front of a magnificent view!

The staff was incredible! From Angelo the bartender to Edmondo the maitre de at breakfast, and the very efficient housekeeper, all were very attentive, professional and friendly. The pool is beautiful. The breakfast is heresy!
It was fantastic. Great views. Beautiful culture, area, lots to do.
Kitchen is a bit small if you plan on cooking every meal but you don’t need to. Affordable local restaurants are walking distance and the best food we had in Italy.
Try Eugenia. - restaurant a bit down from the church.

Most definitely need a car as public transportation is not close enough. Need to be a confident driver to navigate bends in road and local drivers going too fast. Fair sized Conad supermarket about ten minutes drive in S.Agata. Can’t really walk anywhere because no pavement
About 20 minute drive to Sorrento.
