At first i have to say that i have read all the reviews online and i was sure that this place will be very dull and bad. But im happy to say it all was wrong!
We LOVED that hotel!
We took the standard with sea view room all inclusive so we dine and wine in the hotel for 4 days.
I will start from the room -
Everything was super clean and new, beautiful design and big terrace (with roof)
The bed wasn’t so comfortable but not the worst as well.
Shower was big and clean and towels smelled fresh and nice. The only bad thing i have to say is that the room was quite small and not enough wardrobe space as well.
The food -
We had breakfast, lunch and dinner in the hotel, as well as some drinks from the bar (all inclusive menu and also off menu) all was really good! The inclusive drink wasn’t for my taste, the wine selection was poor and the taste was very cheap… im locally from sicily and i know you can find even 1€ bottle of wine that taste better than that so i dont think it was a matter of saving.
Anyway back to the food that was AMAZING i was very scared that all inclusive hotel will serve poor food but then i was wrong again, all was fresh and delicious, plenty of choice. High quality fish and meat. I loved everything.
The facilities-
We didnt had the chance to dip in the pool since it felt cold for us, but i could see it was very clean and big enough.
We stayed in the pool area and beach area for all the stay, and it was quiet and peaceful with beautiful view to relax, exactly as we wanted it to be.
The hotel crew was also organizing some games and activities, we took part in some of them and if was pure fun.
The crew -
I have to say that we saw the director of the hotel at the place every single day (also during the weekend) its a nice feeling knowing someone is actively managing the place and you can feel it as well by the way everything was organized and perfect.

Great place and very friendly staff. Great breakfast. Great rooms.
I enjoyed breakfasts and dinners. Dinners had a thematic dinners with variety of food, we witnessed a performance from Sicilian band. The lobby with live music in the evening creates an amazing atmosphere.
I wish hotel introduced free shuttles to the hotel from the nearest train station ((the closest train station is Campofelice is 10 min away by car). No ubers around and taxis are quite expansive if you plan to go visit locations around.

A beautiful little town in Sicily!
A beautiful little town in Sicily! During summer there is a fantastic programme of events. The town is lovely with everything you would need. A great place to have dinner and take an evening stroll.
The lungomare is also fantastic and I would recommend finding this too!

very relaxing spot - but we probably should have planned our trips better as Sicily is a lot larger than we had thought and there is a lot to see. Our self drive round trip to Etna - was 8 hours drive.

The host is very polite and happy to help. She offered us Sicilian sweets (paste di mandorle) and drink (gazzosa) at our arrival. She also offered us a lift to the closest train station, but we were already organised in another way.

Pretty hill town, restaurants on a belvedere in the town centre have a marvellous view.
Cefalu is a 20 minute drive. You get 2hrs free parking if you spend E20+ at the Deco Gourmet supermarket- enter from Via Giuseppe Vazzana. It's very central for sightseeing. Some restaurants have decks at the rear for a sea view. Go at sunset!

We loved our four night stay at the Grand Palladium. The food was incredible and the pool was brilliant. The bars are well stocked in a variety of pool side drinks. The hotel is clean and the staff are super helpful. The downloadable app is very useful in seeing what is on offer. I would thoroughly reccomend booking food at each of the eateries when you arrives as tables get booked quickly. Our favourite was the Asian. We are already looking at returning next year!
A really lovely hotel with excellent, helpful staff. The room was large and very comfortable with a spacious bathroom. Everything was exceptionally clean.
Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, but unfortunately the coffee is from a machine.
The immediate location is not the best and you really do need a car to get about. Cefalu is only 30 minutes away, and Palermo is best accessed by train from Campofelice station which is nearby.
Everything at the resort was amazing, a bit far from main attractions, but if you’re looking for relaxation this is it. We preferred the buffet and xtratime sportsbar. The staff were wonderful, especially Francesco who served us at the buffet everyday and took initiative to learn my kids names and know their food preparation preferences, the personal greeting each meal by name made it extra special.
The staff was polite and kind. Good selection of pools (so you can choose the calmer or more active one, depending on the mood). The sea was nearby, which is also nice. "Portofino" - A la carte restaurant (the ONLY one we could get a table booked at) had a nice selection of Italian foods (pasta, pizzas), although the appetisers options could have a wider selection as of 5* hotel.
Friendly staff and very good WiFi everywhere.
Cleanliness of the room and hotel.
Variety of inclusive food and drinks at the restaurant and lobby bar.
Very good espresso. They could provide some snakes in-between restaurants opening hours.
The spacious and modern rooms, with the sea views.
Proximity to Cefalù.
Parking is very good, free and secured.
The hotel is very modern and the size of the room was good for our family. It is close to Cefalu by car, it is a good option to stay there and to visit the city. We did a massage at the SPA and it was great and a reasonable price. Staff was very helpful and nice. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Very nice swimming pool area as well.
The place was a bit aside from the main road as we preferred.
Carlo was a fantastic host with an exceptional knowledge on local history, cultural sites...We had one dinner at the hotel and it was amazing. Carlo also knows which wine to combine with the dinner. It was certainly one of the best hotel experiences we ever had.
Buffet was plentiful and lots of choices. Beers, wines, spirits on tap no limitations. staff friendly and lots of them. Always cleaning up every part of the hotel. 3 restaurants where you needed to book and pay extra but it wasn't all extra some was included in the hotel rate.
Absolutely great hotel! Didn't regret that I chose it at all and had a great premium experience.
Very cozy and nice bungalow, close access to the sea, good pool with a lot of place around, absolutely fantastic food.
We liked everything. The hotel is amazing. It's modern and clean, the staff is kind, and the swimming area is relaxing.
We recommend it to everyone, even though it's not in Cefalu, you only need 20 minutes from it.
The hotel itself was beautiful and luxurious , well located in a strategic place from where you can reach the most important tourist attractions in Sicily in a couple of hours.
Very good breakfast
We liked the hotel a lot, the stuff were super nice, they were very receptive and kind. It was clean, the beach was clean, near the hotel. The cocktails were super nice. The hotel overall is fantastic.
Amazing new hotel with such a relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. Everything is so stylish with a lot of greenery making you feel you are in your own oasis. Highly recommending it.
The hotel was exceptionally clean and spacious. The staff were always very friendly and helpful.
Plenty of choice with the food, and drinks were 'branded' labels.
