Spread over two levels, the ground floor features a fully equipped wooden kitchen, a spacious living room with a dining area, and a sitting area with a fireplace. There are two bedrooms: one double/twin room with a desk and bookshelf, and a study with a double sofa bed, desk, and PC. A bathroom with a shower completes this floor. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms with terrace access: a double room with antique furniture, a triple room with a private bathroom, and a spacious single room. A large master bathroom with a blue decor and a bathtub completes the floor. The villa also includes a laundry room with a washing machine. Outside, enjoy a swimming pool, a stone and wood table, a patio with a canopy, and a barbecue for perfect outdoor moments. In the garden, a small table under a romantic gazebo is ideal for a coffee or an evening aperitif. The villa provides bed linen, towels, courtesy kits, and a gift basket for your first breakfast. Nearby: Offida, a magnificent village rich in history and tradition, overlooks the relaxing hills of the Marche region, halfway between Ascoli Piceno and the sea. The town was a military fortress, composed of an important city wall and square towers. Admire the spectacular medieval architecture of the church of Santa Maria della Rocca, surrounded on three sides by cliffs overlooking the surrounding valleys. In the center of the town is the famous Piazza del Popolo with its Town Hall. Visit the beautiful Theater of the Serpente Aureo. Offida is also the town of the Tombolo Lace Museum, the Carnival and Offida mushrooms, and Pecorino and Passerina, two excellent wines of the Marche region. Visit the many farms and wineries in the area to taste typical products. The beautiful seaside town of San Benedetto del Tronto is only a 30-minute drive away. How to get there: By Car: From Rome, 215 km by taking the A24 highway. From Bologna, 300 km by traveling along the A14 Autostrada Adriatica. From Milan, 500 km by traveling along the A1 and A14 highways. By Train: From Milan/Bologna, take the Intercity or Frecciarossa train towards Lecce and get off at Ancona. Here take the regional train towards Ascoli Piceno and get off at the 'Offida Castel di Lama' station. From the station go to the 'Castel di Lama - Bar Sport' stop and take the 08EXT line towards 'Offida, Piazza G. Leopardi' for 20 stops. Get off at "S.p. 15 - Bivio Castignano" and walk for 3 minutes to reach the villa.
