The surroundings is the best..the tranquillity the nature of the birds the flowers at the front of property and the pleasant conversation from the establishment owner. Our Orchid Bungalow was ok..but needed updating..ie the sofa and bathroom area could do with a little makeover..but all in all lovely.

We didnt stay long in Kingston, we were heading on a long road trip. Altamont Court is not far from the airport so we rested the night. We also stayed the night before we traveled back home to be close to the hotel as our flight was early in the morning. The room was comfortable on both occasions and met our expectations. The food exceeds our expectations, it was well prepared and delicious. The staff was also welcoming.

Great place to visit .
Great place to visit . Plenty of food of all kinds and great ambience. Traffic is not nice at all and people honk horns all day for no reason which is road rage capital to me but I find it amusing . I love going to Devon house which is a park area that has restaurants and places to eat desserts . People go there for the ice cream and atmosphere to take kids and have picnics and I love the steak house on the Verenda. Sunday is great for family day as plenty of vendors are there. Also there is a rive area with restaurants vendors and hotels nearby which is nice. They have lots of fun activities that come like Carnival which is a beautiful parade which costumes of great design feathers etc that is amazing.. people can be a hit or miss. I can not say every1 is nice but I can say you will enjoy yourself and want to come back.

Bob Marley museum, Devon House and Half Way Tree, were all very interesting and enjoyable.
Sea Deck restaurant food was disgusting, rice and peas was too spicy, and rubbery chicken was drowned by sauce that was way too sweet/ excessive. Waitress was disinterested with customers dissatisfaction, so maybe best avoid. Ambience was decent though, and as Sea Deck was not busy we should have demanded more edible meals.
Burger King was good.
Dice roll with restaurant food, maybe better served to just get Street food

Kingston is very nice.
Kingston is very nice. It’s safe if you’re familiar with your environment and the places you go. I am usually in New Kingston. And this was my first experience staying in Downtown Kingston and it is safe! We walked around the downtown area by ourselves and we were safe. We were 3 women. Kingston is City and it’s no different than any other city in the world.

Kingston is a place for dancing and food.
Kingston is a place for dancing and food. There isn't much amusement as in bowling arcade places or things of that sort but there is lots of life. The people can be a hit or a miss just like everywhere but you will have a great time full of music throughout the town as well as Jamaican culture with vendors and beautiful water everywhere. Food is always great and just beautiful weather is always a place to go.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating, even offering to cook an alternative meal that wasn't on the menu. The hotel was clean and the general facilities were good. Our room was a reasonable size and the bed was comfortable and a good size. The pool was clean and enjoyable to relax by and in. There was a reasonable choice of food and beverages on offer at breakfast and the food was served hot. The in-house restaurant offered a good choice of food for those eating meat and fish and the food was well cooked.
The staff was friendly and provided great recommendations for food and activities. My drivers Martin and Lendy were amazing, highly recommended if you stay. They are knowledgeable of the history of the country as well as the activities you choose. I stayed in the penthouse two bedroom suite, the room had modern finishes and TWO balconies. The safe was working which is always a plus. Staff respected privacy and was always available when necessary.
The place is in the right place. Central location right across from Devon house and other food locations. The staff was friendly, especially Richard, who served us dinner in the evening and for breakfast. Shari was excellent with her customer service she made my day, and last but not least, Oshane was very nice as well. Thank you very much for making my stay a great one, I would definitely stay there again.
Lorna is an impeccable host, kind and enjoyable to communicate with. Her guest house is beautifully appointed, with spectacular views and thoughtfully curated. Breakfast was amazing and served on the veranda with a breathtaking view of the hills overlooking Kingston. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and we look forward to staying again!
Loved the staff, thank you Jamil,D'Angelo and your team!
great location close to New Kingston,Devon's house, and other attractions.
Good choices for breakfast..you'll have to ask for the jamaican breakfast as it not featured in the buffet.
The bed was so comfortable!!
It's worth every penny!!
This is a well located comfortable hotel with friendly staff that had ample secure parking for my rent a car.
There were several nice restaurants and stores within walking distance. In addition, tourist attractions such as the Bob Marley Museum and Devon House were just steps away.

The cafe at Ragamuffin was fantastic with the best breakfast we had in Jamaica. The staff were extremely helpful, fun and friendly. We also liked the location as it was close to Devon House and the Bob Marley Museum. Our mattresses were very comfortable.
Some of the staff were quite friendly. The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance from several shopping malls in one direction. And in the opposite direction, it is quite close to the Bob Marley Museum and Devon House.
The house was very neat, clean and well kept. I loved the location and the scenic view. Nikki ensured my needs were met although she wasn't on site. Tara the house keeper was pleasant and courteous.
The hostest was friendly, accommodating and responded promptly to any concerns. The staff (security and housekeeping) were also friendly. The apartment was clean and comfortable with full amenities.
The ROK is a very pleasant jewel for Kingston . I finally there is a quality 5 Star hotel on the waterfront which I do believe will spark economic development for a very run down area
When I am visiting Jamaica and staying in Kingston I always stay at the Altamount Count Hotel, Its in a convenient location, the Staff is very friendly and the Place is clean.
The house is in a wonderful garden and Bony is an experience nutritionist and botanic. You will enjoy his great experience and knowledge of nature and life science.
