Host went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. She made me coffee in the morning, seemed genuinely interested in my travels, and even drove me to the train station after check-out. Even though I was only there for two nights, casa del girasol felt like home! I will definitely be staying here again when I come back to Osaka. Could not recommend this place more.

The room was actually very small, but when I travel alone, I'm exploring the whole day, I don't mind a small room. It was clean, the location was great, the Train station was in front of the hotel entrance which made it so convenient! The bed is comfy, the pillows are comfy. It's a great hotel in my experience! I did not purchase breakfast this time, but we have before, and it's amazing!

Most mornings, we picked up something for breakfast at the bread-espresso place in the bottom of the hotel instead of the buffet in the hotel. The hotel was very convenient to the train system with a station entrance right beside the hotel. There is also a grocery on the opposing corner that had a wide variety of foods, wines, etc. There are also several konbinis close to the hotel for anything you may need. There are a number of restaurants nearby. It is nothing like Dotonbori area of Osaka but it is also a lot quieter than that area. There is a set of laundry machines on the 3rd floor that are very useful. They had a display case in the lobby of things you might need for a comfortable stay.

Very close to the subway stop, great spacious rooms, we only stayed for 2 nights but could have happily stayed longer. Would recommend!

Great location! 10 min walk from Osaka station but 5 min walk from Hankyu Osaka Umeda Station (Chayamachi exit). I love the short walk as it gets away from the busy streets. Many eateries around the area. As it is so near to the stations, it is so convenient to travel from and to the airport, and to other parts out of Osaka city. Room is small but it is clean and has all you will need.
