Jeju is a feast for the eyes!
Jeju is a feast for the eyes! We visited in winter and I thought it would be gloomy but I was wrong. During our visit, it's perfectly wintry cold under the sunny skies. We visited UNESCO designated heritages (We got to hike the snowy Hallasan!), museums, parks, beaches, and a ton of restaurants! The food was great! Personally, I think the food and admission fees to the places we visited are affordable and really worth our money. We enjoyed our stay in Jeju a lot that we wish we could've stayed there longer. We will surely be back!

We were visiting in the winter, it wasn't busy and we could get around without any issues. The only day which was more difficult was new years, understandable.
The taxi's are very affordable, often it was cheaper to get a taxi than travel by bus (party of 3).
We found everywhere to be clean and plenty of restrooms.
The downside is that the travel information is often not up to date. We ended up booking a guide one day, if we hadn't two of the attractions we had planned to go to were closed (this was not posted in English anywhere) but the guide knew. One was the Manjanggul Cave, which will be closed for a year by the sounds of it.
The KakaoMap app is handy to workout how to get about and really good for figuring out the buses. KakaoT for taxis, we tried Uber too but it was very hit and miss.
There are a good variety of attractions for all ages. Generally speaking it didn't feel very accessability friendly.
It is worth hiring a guide for a day, not only does it remove the stress of trying to figure everything out but they can also tell you much more about the place than you will get from a guide book.

Jeju Island is nothing short of amazing and beautiful.
Jeju Island is nothing short of amazing and beautiful. My time there felt like a dream, and the only regret I had was that my visit was too short to explore all that this stunning island has to offer. The experience and the feeling of being surrounded by such natural beauty and unique culture are truly one-of-a-kind.
Every corner of Jeju Island seems to be a picturesque postcard waiting to be captured, from its lush landscapes to the breathtaking coastline. I was left in awe of the island's natural wonders, from the volcanic formations to the pristine beaches.
The local culture and warmth of the people added an extra layer of charm to my trip. The island has a distinct character that is both inviting and captivating.
As I left Jeju Island, I couldn't help but wish for an opportunity to return soon. It's a place that leaves an indelibl mark on your heart, and I can't wait to explore more of its wonders in the future."

The list of great things in Jeju is long.
The list of great things in Jeju is long. JeJu city is cool and worth a day or two. Take the city bus tours - one does the city and the other cruises around the coastal parts of the town. It's a hop on and off situation. Then get across to Seogwipo - inexpensive bus from the airport - and bask in the joy of being in this magical seaside town. Give it a few days. The food is amazing everywhere and in this fishing town the seafood is simply amazing. A rental car is a plus at this point as many of the best places need some transportation - do the National Park and the lava tubes as well as some of the more remote beaches. On an island that has 16 million visitors a year it's hard-to-impossible to get into a truly remote beach but then again it's a chance to enjoy people watching in a beautiful place- Koreans do selfies and groupies better than anyone and they appear to absolutely love it.
We chose Ocean view room, and the view was really nice.
The hotel is right in front of the famous beach in Jeju. The beach was really wonderful for playing, swimming and snorkeling. The minibar in the room was free that include water bottles (sparkling and non-sparkling), juice and two cans of beer. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the lunch and dinner was very nice with the price. The staffs in the hotel restaurant were very kind and sympathy (while the staffs in the hotel front are all business).
The property is very close to the Coastal Road and had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. Beds were also not hard, with one bed on the first floor and 2 in the atic.
The property has a little kitchen, equipped with everything we needed for quick breakfast or dinner.
The combini and Mega Coffee are 5-7 min walking distance.
Parking was right in front of the property. ( really recommend a car since the island is quite big)
I like the property with affordable price and I got many things in there such as shampoo, soap, conditioner, hot water. The bed is clean with 4 pillows (twin bed) and 1 pillow for single bed.
The location is pretty close to the airport. I have early morning flight and I just walked away to the airport at 4 am only 20 minutes. Because the taxi from hotel couldn’t pick us at 4am, they just can pick me at 5am. So I decided to walked to the airport.
Practical when you don’t have a car, just five minutes away from the Intercity Bus Terminal where you can go to travel around Jeju Island easily. Nothing special about the hotel, it’s clean and well managed and you have a really good price for a 4-days stay. I didn’t come during high touristic season but I think the lobby would be more lively with more travelers around. You can take a coffee or some beers with the others there!
Great location for a short stay in Jeju -- close to the airport, and I was easily able to take public buses from a nearby stop only a few minutes walk, or call a Kakao taxi (you need a Korean phone number) if I wanted to get somewhere on the island more quickly. It was calming and quiet -- I had only one roommate each night I was there, perhaps because it's past peak summer season.
Very convenient location inside Jeju city, walking distance to bus stops to and from Jeju airport. Simple room yet had everything we needed and we felt very comfortable. The hotel is also a social enterprise, the staff is super polite and helpful. Around the hotel have GS25 and many food stores.
It's was clean, spacious and had all the amenities you could find in a small hotel. Great that the hotel even provided free laundry service and valet parking on site. You can enjoy a view of the airport from the rooftop too. Absolutely recommend you to stay at Ventimo for your stay in Jeju!
PROPERTY IS HUGE AND SOO MUCH TO DO INSIDE THE HOTEL, CASINO, SHOPPING , RESTURANTS , SPA, SWIMMING IN HEATED POOLS, ROOF TOP BAR OPEN TILL LATE NIGHT AND LIVE DJ ON WEEKENDS
YOU NEED 2 DAYS FOR THE HOTEL AND 2/3 DAYS FOR JEJU SIGHT SEEING SEPARATELY - EXCELLENT PROPERTY
Location was near to amenities, like 24 hr stores and many restaurants. Shopping street and Dongmun market very near to hotel. Bus stop was near hotel, convenient to take bus to the Central bus terminal to go to other part of Jeju.
The location is perfect in terms of getting transportations. It's very close to airport and a walking distance to jeju city bus terminal. decent price. Perfect place for short-term stay. overall my stay was cost-effective
The hotel is located in the centre of Jeju-si, very close to the airport. The room was spacious and well equipped. Wifi works good and there's Starbucks on the lobby floor so you don't need to worry about breakfast.
Every things good. Location is great. Several cherry blossoms trees beside the hotel. Many restaurants, cafes, gift shops and convenience stores nearby. Staffs are friendly. Maybe will stay again next time to Jeju.
Walking distance to Jeju Intercity Bus Terminal if you wish to travel via bus instead of renting cars. Prompt actions from hotel staffs whenever ee have enquiries. Easy communication.
Very per friendly. Spacious rooms. Chicken and beer place and a 7-11 on site. Full functioning kitchen. Location could not have been better for the northwest side of the island.
The hotel was an ideal location to have access to transport. A lot of attractions in Jeju city were just in walking distance.
Staff were very friendly and welcoming.
The location in Jeju City was good. Airport bus stops opposite the hotel. Room facilities were excellent. Reception staff were always friendly and helpful.
