nice, polite staff, very clean facility
Big pool, many choices as the breakfast is being concerned, the stuff was very kind, clean room
The wifi connection is not so good, as it would be expected for a 5-star hotel
the hotel was very attractive and the pool really big with loads of sun beds. our room was very nice but we thought it a bit out of order not to have any complimentary water. The waiters were all very efficient and helpful
The reception staff were disinterested in us and not very helpful. The whole taxi system in marrakesh is a rip off and the hotel lied about the price of a taxi to the airport. We knew that it was far too expensive and went outside and got our own for half the price. They did not welcome us with any tea as we had been used to and were frankly quite rude
Breakfast free parking room
bad internet connection too noisy because of the club pascha which is very close
hotel is very professional.
The facilities, the food, the kindness of the stafff
Spacious feel, and sympathetic architecture which made a comparatively new hotel blend well with the older parts of the city, though it is situated a little away from the centre. Good staff - generally very helpful. Excellent breakfasts!
Bars that run out of nuts half way through our stay, a shop that sells postcards, but never had any stamps - small points, so why not fix them? Perhaps stock the odd English book or newspaper as well as it's quite an international clientele, not just French. Some spirit drinks prices a little steep, - eg a single Armagnac at £10
Extremly nice pool fantastic buffet friendly staff
relaxed accommodation, large swimming pool, good fitness room. breakfast was ok. room comfortable. in general friendly staf.
english could be improved.
Location suited me away from the bustle of the Medina. Excellent courtesy bus service to the centre. The pool, the serivce from the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The luxurious comfort of the public areas. The Fram staff were so helpful arranging tours and activities. Great selction of breakfast food.
The room has a few little faults. Both chairs on balcony broken. No battery in safe so inoperable. Only 4 hangers in the wardrobe for 2 people. My adaptor plug did not fit socket so unable to charge phone until I bought one from Reception.
good location, spacious rooms. nice breakfast buffet, relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff, good restaurant.
wi-fi only available in reception area. restaurant a bit expensive. tv channels limited.
Beautifully decorated and comfortable rooms. Comfortable bed. Very quiet at night. Gave two keys on arrival. Breakfast was extensive, nice, fresh. Lovely pool and many comfortable sun loungers.
Very average service and limited hours at the spa. I would not recommend the massage or pedicure. The taxis to the centre square were expensive and the hotel should have given more information about this. They didn't really help us negotiate with the taxi drivers. I know this May be putting them in a difficult position, but their loyaly should be to their customers. The 'shuttle service' does not take you into the square or central area. We were dropped off and had no idea where we were (with google maps and having visited Marrakech before, I could work it out, but it was not acceptable). We took a taxi from there. This was confusing and not explained at all. Wifi was difficult to get consistently in the room.
The hotel is an amazing building .. Very nice interior design and architecture
The staff unfortunately we're not nice and not helpful at all. No welcoming or so ever. We asked for an iron they said there's only one in the whole hotel, we waited and hour then have up. No minibar in the room, called room service 3 times for a bottle of water... And check out just took forever! It's a beautiful hotel but unfortunately customer service is a disaster
The kindness of the staff The Service and the hotel facilities
The wifi is difficult to acces at the rooms
Swimming pool was nice with a beautiful situation and size .
The reception small , dark with a cheap decoration .The room is not so comfortable for a five star hotel . The room service was unable to satisfy our orders even for a simple American Coffee . The Wi Fi wasn't disponible in the rooms like it sad on your page .
Location is close to major night life attractions and hotel has an amazing pool and rooms are very clean.
Wifi is poor by the pool and rooms. Facilities are also quite poor, we wanted to watch the World Cup games at the bar but they weren't showing it. Hotel had a small screen for everyone to watch in the lobby. You barely saw the screen coz it was small.
Great faculties, very nice hotel, excellent value/money
A bit far from the city centre
Hotel facilities, good spa, pool, rooms and staff all very good. Good sky bar and nightclubs next door...expect to pay though!
Food, buffet restaurant clearly used left over food from previous days which resulted in spending a day being ill. Pool bar food bland, tasteless, poor quality and expensive....hotel great even if a little out of the way so will need a taxi to get into town...if only to get food
The hotel had a lot to offer. It is very clean. Most of the staff are very nice.
Very convenient location, walking distance from Place Jemma el Fenna Room was quiet and comfortable
Lack of intimacy as most of the Riads I guess as we were located at the ground floor next door to the breakfast place.
Very friendly and helpful staff Good rooms Good bed
Very poor buffet and overpriced. It would have been cheaper and better to eat out
I liked the hotel and the grounds
I did not like the distance to city center and unless you have a room with the pool view rooms are pretty dark.
Good worth for money. Was satisfied with my stay
The wifi was for specific areas only and could not reach the rooms
Amazing experience, better than I expected.. Breakfast buffet - lost for words, was absolute amazing. Staff were great and helpful. The rooms were very Authentic to a Riad, Swimming pool clean, has tennis courts, and a nice Spa.
