Location, breakfast, room size
Wifi, bed sheets were extremely worn out.
- Friendly staff - Responsive of my requests. - Food and drinks price is reasonable.
- Average comfort rooms. - Poor sound isolation, I could hear my neighbors talking.
Could not fault anything about the hotel and the value for money was exceptional .Would definitely stay again .
Nice courtyard, imposing public rooms and public areas.
Terrible food from room service. The staff were unhelpful, slow, and not friendly. Guest rooms small, bathroom small, few towels. Breakfast selection large, but quality pretty poor. Watery yogurt, fresh fruit frozen to the trays, coffee bitter. Parking awkward, no help with bags
Generally polite staff Nice facilities Good food Room price good
If staff did not speak English they put the phone down. They did not give us the correct number of towels for 3 of us several times. No cheap restaurants at night in the hotel Bad wi-fi
Everything Planing my next vacation there
Your staffs were kind to us Thank you so much....
the rooms, the patios, the restaurants. The staff are very kind. Unfortunately I just spent 1 night. I went to the SPA and asked for a relaxing massage which was very good.
The entrance is far from the street and taxis can get in. Nobody helps you with the luggage.
Everything except the wifi
Wifi in reception area only
Over looking the pool A very quiet hotel all the room over looking the pool has a table n two chairs
1.TV channels not clear 2.Very weak mobile signal area 3.Need a free service shuttle for the city center and to the train station or the airport not easy to find a taxi 4.no free drinking water
Nice hotel and friendly staff!
balcony breakfast price
Not even one bottle of water in the room
Big room, clean, separate toilet, quiet, friendly personnel, great swimming pool, comfortable sunbeds
I saw a show of Moroccan folk at the hotel. The performances where good and varied. It ranged from music, acrobatic acts to snake handling. However, the host was absolutely terrible! He interrupted every single act, picking up instruments and playing them in the middle of different performances, and coming over to the audience and playing the instruments right on people's faces or ears! Absolutely no respect for the performers and very rude.
Breakfast Staff Ambience
Some maintenance required (e.g. our fridge didn't work, but was exchanged for another).
Wifi not available in the room neither in outdoor restaurants.
I liked the proximity of the hotel to the hotel and other places of interest in marakesh .
I didn't like that you have to pay for the cardiovascular gym but the weights gym that primarily men would use was free.
Rooms and facilities
Dinner buffet were over priced
The hotel was beautiful and the staff were helpful and nice. Our room was lovely and spacious with a pool side view. The swimming pool and sun beds were also lovely.
The food was well below par and it let the hotel down immensely. At night the restaurant musicians were piped into the speakers so the entire hotel was awash with poor lift music. It meant we could not sit on our balcony and enjoy the evening sunset.
Nice pool, spacious rooms
Abysmal staff--they have zero interest in providing any type of assistance, let alone luxury service (if you ask for assistance or even just information for shipping a package, for example, they will just stare blankly and say they don't know). They will also try to get you to pay CASH for the restaurants/room service. Why? I'm not sure, but the one time that I fell for it the waiter pocketed the cash and billed it to my room! And added a tip to the room charge! Unbelievable. Other reviews will highlight that this is really a 3* hotel with several 3 poorly run restaurants.
Breakfast good Swiming pool good Hotel clean
No activités no animation ...spa work in progress Lot of plane noise Door balcony can not be closed Remove contrôle Tv not working
