Good value for money, good, friendly, helpful service. Evening meal in hotel was excellent.
There was no shuttle bus provided by the hotel, they should not advertise this if they cannot provide it. What it would of prevented was the hastle of getting in and out of the city. It was not clear prior to going if customers would be charged for the indoor swimming pool and sauna. The costs to use these two facilities was way to expensive. People would expect to pay for the therapies offered
Great location, great hotel
Pool was cold
service in the bar and dinner was excellent
maintenance building, wifi
Very helpful and friendly staff. Offered a room change
The room had not been thoroughly cleaned. Unable to close the toilet door!
Spa need more control, my daughter caught cold because the sauna was cold
Extremely bad service, at breakfast we had to ask for coffee four times before it finally got to out table (that's just one example). There were many cats walking around the restaurant at all times and we witnessed one of them jumping over the buffet and grabbing some food while staff would do nothing as if it was normal.
lovely clean hotel, Moorish style, not 5 * by European standard but really nice not the less, large bedroom, with separate bathroom and wc wifi in the bedroom spacious dining room buffet breakfast spa was beautiful and the hammam treatment recommended
Check in a drama! the rate of exchange with the hotel and booking.com not the same as a bank it was slightly more expensive and staff not happy when we voiced this. The service was not great, when we met any staff in the hotel we were not acknowledged or asked how was our stay, Bar very expensive and not good service The pool was being re-grouted and cleaned when we were there and when we asked could we use the indoor pool in the spa there was a charge of 15 euro - she said we could use it for free because i had booked a treatment!
Location, design of the hotel, value for money, spa services are good
Food was average, only one restaurant out of the 5 restaurants available was open, receptionist was rude, i didnt feel that the staff is qualified to work in a 5 stars hotel. They have zero interest in providing assistance to the guests.
The pool Architecture and gardens Convenience for the city centre Most of the food Friendliness of staff Courtesy bus to city centre
It was difficult getting coffee at breakfast - the vacuum pots delivered to the table were never more than half full, barely enough for two cups. Some staff members did not have a clue about matters they should have been able to advise on, such as the cost of taxis to the airport and whether you could use dirhams in the airport - you can't, at least not airside.
A staff member knocking my door at 8 in the morning while o was asleep to make checking of the minibar. It is an awful behavior The diversity of the breakfast is poor
- The Hotel facilities
- The location (far and on the flight route of many flights. We were hearing planes until around midnight) - The food quality is very poor
Moroccan Architechture Pool Area
WiFi doesn't work in the room Breakfast start at 6am with limited items only
Infrastructure and location Room size
Very shocked when I found that there is no complimentary water on the room. I've to pay the bottle of water. Not Digne for a 5* hotel No slippers also on the room
Building infrastructure, design and spacious.
Unskilled and untrained staff, low service level standard, not speaking English, poor food quality, no electricity plug in bathrooms for razor and toothbrush, no baggage handling at checkout, no tea at breakfast because the server didn't wake up at 7am... the worst experience ever.
The staff's friendliness and helpfulness both in and out of the restaurants and reception. The conviviality of the other guests. The food in all the restaurants, but particularly the Diwan, was sublime! The massage treatments I received were both good too.
Very few things, but if I'm being picky, as an English Francophone, I can imagine struggling if I didn't speak French.
Twice there was no water at all in the toilets, reported but no action was taken, I had to discontinue and go to other hotel. First time in my life I face such a thing in a hotel ( no water)
There was no wifi available from the room. The staff service was poor. Information cards in the room were mainly in French so very difficult to read.
Stunning hotel, value for money, would highly recommend it to all.
Shuttle Service to Medina is always late.
There was only 2 beds when we paid for 3 beds
Only thing It was room service after 12 they won't answer probably sleep but we called reception and they wake them up
The beautiful atmosphere, the big room
It seems like there is a chaos in organization inappropriate for a 5 stars hotel: they obliged 13 of us to change our rooms to other side of the hotel 30 min.after have given us a key.. and I´m still waiting for my green tea that I asked in the hammam in the morning with no clients except of 3 of us...
- the cleaness and the spacious rooms - the hotel's amenities and environment - it was value for money
-Not a stable wifi in rooms -Not all the staff was speaking English, only arabic and French - The location too far from the center - the taxis too expensive for tourists
Hot Water availability
Broken Bed worn bed sheets No bottle of water Worn Towels No 5 stars amenities: slippers, good products TV with weak signal: low quality very average breakfast Civil Work inside the restaurant during breakfast on the 2nd day
Location, breakfast, room size
Wifi, bed sheets were extremely worn out.
- Friendly staff - Responsive of my requests. - Food and drinks price is reasonable.
- Average comfort rooms. - Poor sound isolation, I could hear my neighbors talking.
