The room was not bad but very dirty, I had to ask them to clean my room at least 3 times in few hours and to talk with the manager to be able to have a decent and clean room when we arrived , the girl at the reception are incompetent, one of the answer I got from them was I unbelievable « what do you want me to do » this was one of their answers, I felt like I was bothering, like if I got this room for free, they make me change my room 3 times and at the end I just left the hotel cause it was just too much, you can not sleep at night cause of the music and when you complaining about it, poor breakfast very bad experience.
Thanks god I decided to pay at the reception otherwise I would have been stuck there and It will have ruined my stay. Not recommanded at all

They stole my shirt
The worst insult that can befall a hotel that is supposed to be five stars is for a customer to lose his belongings while staying in the hotel or forget an item they have and when he asks about it they tell him that it does not exist!!!
This is what happened to me, as I forgot a shirt of material and moral value to me in my room. When I called them, they said that they did not find anything, even though I am a million times certain that I forgot it there. Unfortunately, with this you are harming the reputation of tourism in a beautiful country like Morocco

Been a solo female traveler, I found it was very safe to be walking around on my own. I live in the UK and personally, this was more comfortable than my hometown. The people were really friendly, prices were really good also. Will definitely go back.

A wonderful city, beautifully situated on the shore of the ocean. Very friendly people. It's worth taking a ride around the city on a small, open-air train and taking a cable car to the top of the mountain. There are many attractions to see, it's worth coming here, I highly recommend it.

There are many attractions around the town, especially for kids. Taxis are quite cheap, but we didn’t manage to find anyone with kids car seats. We had to hold our toddler on our lap all the time. In many places there are fair and fixed prices, however in the shops near the hotel most of the things are fake, shop workers lie about the prices and the quality of the products. For example, I was told that the earrings I like were 18k gold, and that there is no stamp on them not to ruin the gold. When I said that they don’t weigh or look like gold, he admitted that it was stainless steal, but that they “look just like gold and won’t change colour”. The taxi drivers are mostly helpful and tell you the price straight away. We were able to get to the best places based on their recommendation, since many places take advantage of the tourists.

We found Agadir to be a bit crazy for us.
We found Agadir to be a bit crazy for us. The traffic is insane. We admit to not being wildly adventurous and for that reason we can only comment on what we found in Agadir city and Marina, it was very dirty! The Marina area is recommended by lots of websites but we found it to be run-down and dirty. The streets are also dirty, it wasn’t pleasant. Visit Marjan for your food requirements, all smaller supermarkets will rip you off. You must haggle with the taxi drivers and in the Souk!

If you want a relaxing beach vacation, you can’t go wrong by choosing to stay in Agadir, Morocco. There is a beautiful long crescent-shaped beach, with an upscale Marina at one end, luxury hotels with linge chairs on the beach and around their
Oops, numerous restaurants, some of which serve beers, wines and cocktails. But if you want a McDonalds, Pizza Hut, or other simple fast food, often with outdoor seating areas@nd also WiFi, you can find many other cafes and eateries.
There is a wonderful new cable car that Thames you up to the highest point in the old Kasbah from where you will have a panoramic bird’s eye view of the entire beach and city. If you want to take a pleasant petit train ride all around the downtown area, it runs about once an hour for a cost of 30 dirhams per person.
There are many affordable hotels and apartment-hotels in Agadir, and a number of good restaurants, so I always look forward to my trips to Agadir.
This hotel boasts a prime location near the beach, offering a positive overall experience. However, we've noted that there is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness. As a trusted tour operator under the name of Cultural Morocco Tours, we frequently utilize this establishment, and some of our clients have expressed concerns regarding the cleanliness standards. We encourage the hotel management to prioritize and enhance their cleaning practices to ensure a consistently high level of satisfaction for all guests.
The staff was very friendly, especially "Zineb" at the reception desk, who makes our check-in and check-out process very smooth.
There was a lot of space in the Room and every amenities you need to make your stay comfortable.
We took an ALL INCLUSIVE option, and the restaurant was clean and sound, and each day the staff made their best effort to put more varieties in the food.
The beach is nearly 500m by foot, and you have a reserved area for the hotel with sunbeds and security guard.
More than satisfied with the apartment. The host, Aziz, was super kind and more than happy to help us with everything we needed. We have been traveling through Morocco for a 2 weeks, but this place was probably the best. I'd recommend this to everyone who wants a clean and central place to stay in Agadir! Just 1 minute walk to the beach, the boulevard and restaurants and a sea side view from the apartment. Aziz, once again thank you for your hospitality!!
Meals don't offer a lot of variety, but this is common to most of Morocco hotels (we already stayed in several), but it does have some variety which is ok. Pool was also good (although we didn't had the weather we would like - not hotels fault).
Rooms were good. In overall, everything was good. Interior of hotel (huge open space) is great. Rooms were good and beds were comfy. Wi-Fi worked well too.
I booked one week at this beautiful hotel but I hade to reduce my visit due to personal reasons. I will definitely come back and can recommend the place to other people no matter if you are traveling alone or with friends, family. They will do whatever they can to do so you have good time. The people working there are so nice people and the service is the best you can get in Morocco
The property is so clean. the rooms, grounds, pool, all spotless.
The staff is very nice and accommodating . We really appreciated that.
We stayed in the suites on the 1st floor, one bedroom , 2 baths, a lounge, and a balcony. The rooms were clean and bright.
Pool was nice, with lots of places to lounge.
Also, the hotel is just a short walk from the beach.
Always difficult to rate an all inclusive establishment. But as All inclusive goes this one is pretty good. The food was fine or even more than fine, drinks were good, local wines absolutely fine and service was excellent. I'm giving this hotel a rating of 8 but for all inclusive it's probably closer to 9.
Best value for money in all of agadir
The pool was amazing. I really liked how clean the hotel was.
There is restaurants and breakfast places nearby at a walking distance.
Also free parking is available behind the property.
Overall a nice peaceful stay for cheap.
This is an all inclusive hotel with buffet style for all meals so there is no end of choice. The pool is very big with loads of sun beds around it, a garden area and even 2 clay tennis courts in good condition. There is excellent drinks waiter service at poolside.
Hotel Anezi bar staff was very nice, pools and garden were nicely kept. Location was ok but up the hill from the beach ( about 123 steps). Views from our room and the restaurant were stunning. Best price per night, so worth staying for a short visit.
This is a budget hotel and it represents great value. Staff were charming and helpful. Everywhere was very clean. Breakfast was good. The location was a 10 minute walk from beach but very central for good cafes etc bathroom and shower were excellent
The friendly staff. Everyone was helpful and accommodating.
We got to know so much about Morocco just from the staff.
The place is also great for a chill / party vibe. Lots of areas connected to the hotel from shisha bars to nightclubs.
It was a nice hotel.with nice outdoor swimming pool with slides etc for kids to have fun in. It is right next to the beach. The views from the room overlooked the sea. Staff was very polite and helpful and even allowed a late checkout.
Rooftop terrace is nice. Located walking distance from the best beach and boardwalk (Fairmont and Hilton hotel so beach is pristine and clean).
Staff is amazing. Breakfast was great, tons of food.
