Bedrooms need an update. Very basic bedroom. The mattress on bed needs changing for new ones. Towels are not changed daily so have to remind staff to do it. The bathroom need a general update. The main doors are very noisy. The lift very small. The noisy road from early morning but the location is perfect. Breakfest was very good but not big choice.

Bad customer service, they cannot solve problems themselves, contact Booking, they change the entrance code, they do not communicate, the shower siphon is clogged,, Stained toilets, bad smell in the room, a bathroom for 6 beds is uncomfortable, etc. I would not recommend if you want to have a good and pleasant stay, for me cleanliness is essential.They make noise, that's normal and it doesn't bother me.AAnonymous - 10Scored 10

Sliema is lovely - very well connected with lots of shops and good restaurants and bars open late, with some amazing views of Valletta. The water taxi is easy and relatively cheap across to Valletta too - a perfect location if you don't fancy paying the higher prices of the main city.
