The only remarkable thing is the location where in the city center. Staffs need to be educated and well trained. Poor hygiene on facilities, kitchen does not work, most shower room hot shower finished quickly, mattress need to be replaced by new ones, disgusting stained spots and smell on it, also there are bed bugs The really situation or pictures are totally different from the photos the hostel put on the Booking.com. There are only two old Electric Kettles , one microwave and a very dirty refrigerator, Even hard to find spoon and forks, no trash can in kitchen seems cleaners do not want guests to use kitchen, shower rooms and toilets disgusting smells and stains.

Wroclaw is a buzzy young city.It feels very safe.
Wroclaw is a buzzy young city.It feels very safe. We saw no crime or public drunkeness. We encountered no beggars and only a few polite young touts. Its easy to get around by tram, and very cheap. £12 can get you a good evening meal out in the main square. There is lots to in the city and nearby. It is much cheaper than Krakow, but very similar in style and value. Its a great choice for a short break with family and friends. Very child orientated. The Poles are brilliant people. Most people speak English. There is no shortage of very good hotels in the heart of Wroclaw. There is a great jazz club, with cheap refreshments and a great atmosphere.

Very clean and nice city with lots of good reastaurants (we liked Georgian U Gruzina and Polish Pierogarna ze smakiem - very little, just two tables to sit, but very fresh and tasty pirogy) and cafes. Dwarfs map is nice way to "forse" kids to walk around the old city without extra effort. There are no hills in the old city, so it is very comfortable for walking.

Wroclaw is a fantastic city.
Wroclaw is a fantastic city. One of Europe's hidden gems and in some ways I'm happy it has not been ruined by 'over tourism'.
It is one of the most beautiful and historic places you could hope to visit, with an abundance of architecture , culture and galleries.
The old town, Market square (Rynek) and the Cathedral district are a must see. There is a linear park almost encircling the entire old centre.
For those who want to party there are many clubs and pubs, from mainstream, to dance and rock.
Plenty of good places to eat to fit any budget.
It's a vibrant, cool university city that has a perfect blend of modernity and old fashioned charm. Highly recommended.

Nice old city and bussy districts around.
Nice old city and bussy districts around. Traffic jams are not terrible but exists. Accordind to the Wikipedia population of the Wrocław metropolitan area is around 1.25 million. Two neares to the Wroclaw center metro stations are: Metro Střížkov in Prague (300 km away) and Metro Bemowo in Warsaw (400 km away).
Very good location. Just next to the old town. 5min walk to the center of old town.
Pet friendly, there is a green area near to the hotel to walk the dog.
Very small gated parking area (only few places), but we were lucky to reserve 1 place (we had also skibox, so our car height was 2.15m. But there is also some parking garages nearby with height around 1.9m, Music Forum).
Very good breakfast, wide selection salty and sweets.
WiFi wad not the best and the fastest, but it was sufficient. Just choose the network with the strongest signal.
Great location, directly at the beginning of the old town. The garage is only about 3 minutes of walking away from the hotel. It’s a huge garage with a lot of space also for bigger cars. The rooms and hotel itself seemed newly renovated, no damages could be observed. Even though our room was directed to a main pedestrian street, you could barely hear anything. Breakfast was delicious, with enough options for everyone. Not too small not too big buffet. The staff was very friendly.
This place is really worth the stay. I booked one night, and after seeing the room I decided to stay for 3. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the place was quite. A walk through the lovely park and you can take a tram, 7 or 17 to the old town or center, takes about 20 mins. Host was great, check in was easy compared to some check ins I had at center hotels., And the best was, they accept cash. I'll stay in more places like this that will take cash, digital id is a joke.
Well located just outside the old town, 10 minute walk from main bus station and train station. Well connected with trams just outside the hotel if you needed to use public transport. Staff were very helpful, and it was really great to be able to borrow the Hotel's byclcles! The fitness centre also has a sauna which was a small treat. Room and bed very comfortable, and also nice to be able to open the windows for fresh air.
Probably the best breakfast I tried in Poland. The only comparable hotel breakfast level is the one of Sheraton in Krakow, where however prices are way higher. Best value for money ever, absolutely advised.
Room service is also efficient, with tasty dishes.
The structure is new and everything looks great, nice environment.
Last but not least, the staff was always kind and with a smile on their faces, which never hurts.
Perfect location - few minutes walk from the Old Town square, but at the same time the street is very quiet, with an old church just on the other side of the street, so it l all feels slow and beautiful.
The Staff are EXTREMELY friendly.
The hotel small, quiet, clean, comfortable and well-designed.
Breakfasts are excellent.
Will definitely go there again when visiting Wroclaw.
By far the best place we stayed in Wrocław, maybe even Poland. This apartment has everything you need, and more. It's sparkling clean, cozy, amazingly maintained and very quiet. The bed was most comfortable, same as the sofa and rocking chair. Netflix's account is a nice addition. Swift, pleasant and professional communication with the host was just the icing on the cake.
On a street away from the noise of old town, the hotel has an air if regality and comfort. The staff are always willing to help, offering information about the surrounding area and the hotel facilities. With a bar and restaurant on the property, it's the perfect place for a short escape.
Everything was good, staff place , room was like a new . Hotel location was perfect , very close to Market Square. Staff was very helpfull as i requested some things like Iron and stuff , they response instant and bring it. I really recomand this place for anyone staying in Wroclaw
The hotel is perfectly located for a city trip to Breslau - close to old town, close to the river and to many sightseeing spots. Its a quiet area. The room was seperated from the hallway through an extra door which was very convenient and quiet. The balcony was definitely a plus!
Very nice hotel with a friendly staff. 10 min by walk to the city center (old town). A lobby on the reception floor has a lounge-like area with a tea/coffee machine where you can drink different brewed beverages. The breakfast was good for the money.
Room was a great size and lovely to look at in terms of decor. Location was great as just outside square so was quiet but really close to the main areas. The breakfast was great but maybe expensive for Poland;s normal prices but cheap for UK.
The location is by far the best thing about this hotel, it's a few minutes away from the market square. The staff were friendly and the room was huge. In terms of location (and not anything else) it's good value for what you pay.
Excellent top-notch restaurant in this hotel with fantastic delicious meals. It's probably the best dishes I’ve ever tried in Poland. As for the hotel, all was also fine. Thank you guys, we will definitely get back :)
The spaciousness and the furnishings of the room was very nice. A lot of counterspace in the bathroom. The location, both very close to the centre of the old town as well as the busstop for going to the airport.
The location of the hotel is in the old town and near the famous market square, thus it is a perfect choice for tourists visiting. Art Hotel offered a wonderful atmosphere, quiet rooms and a varied breakfast.
Location is perfect, right on the Market square. Paid parking nearby was nice. Also, breakfast was great. Pet-friendly hotel which is nice as well as we stayed with dog.
