110 sqm. luxurious and spacious fully furnished and equipped, apartment situated at 2nd level of a newly built villa, having 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, WiFi, and all facilities for a comfortable stay. Guests can enjoy underfloor heating or fire at the fireplace during the cold period. The house has a 4k3D Philips Smart TV set with internet and cable system which will enjoy your music and video experience. Kitchen with quartz countertop, refrigerator, dishwasher machine, oven, gas cooker, coffee maker, toaster, plates and tableware, for tea&coffee preparation or delivery food. The main bathroom has a washing machine and a dryer as well as an iron, ironboard and hairdryer. Both bedrooms has premium mattresses, Egyptian satin bedding and additional blankets. One bedroom with large balcony ( with garden view) for smoking area. One double bed available in the kids play & sleep area as well as a crib&toys for children. The high value of the house is given by noble wood flooring, Persian carpets or amber chandeliers.
