An enforced stay over in Lycksele because of repair needs travelling by bicycle on the European divide trail. Small staff number but they are the friendliest and most helpful that you will meet. A special.mention for Rene who not only looks after reception but does the maintenance work there. Lent me his tools made phone calls and gave helpful advice. Breakfast is good and plentifully showers hot, rooms good size and clean, bar and restaurant on site.Reception was not manned through the day but a telephone call to the provided number worked. If unavailable they rang back quickly

We didn’t get to use the property. We arrived ten minutes before the office was supposed to close, only to find it was not open. Someone else we met there said it was closed when she got there three hours earlier. The info on the door said if we weren’t there when they closed, they would send an email telling us how to get our key. We never got an email. The phone number for security didn’t work because it was automated and in Swedish, which we don’t understand, there was no human on the other end. Booking.com couldn’t get through either.

Reception was great. The breakfast was outstanding.
